Great relaxing experience ! - Relaxing by the water and walking through the garden. Max and Brandon gave great customer service ! We enjoyed the Sea Lion show also.

Piece of Paradise - The park was beautiful! I chose the all day pass, but there are other options and I’m glad I did because I stayed for multiple hours and had a great time. Max along with Gladis and Perla did an amazing job!!! I highly recommend you spend some time here while in Cozumel. Sea lions and dolphins as well, let’s go!!!!

Should be easier to sign up for tours - We had such a great day here. We were a group of 13 that had various ages of kids. We signed up for the dolphin experience, wear water shoes, and other activities. They didn't make it very easy at all to reserve the tickets before at ALL. Even our guide guy tried over and over and couldn't get it done, he was even frustrated. The food was decent, there were shops on the beach, hammocks, and a great pool to lounge at etc. Because we were ages 1-70 it worked for us for everyone to be able to find something to make them happy.

I was a little upset when... - I was a little upset when we arrived and we showed them our tickets they told us that the pool was not included and that was a different company. We had booked this trip because we had babies that needed the pool area. We did have a great time and our waiter was amazing but we did not get to go to the pool area.

Not a good experience - The ticket I received didn’t really help. I had a panic attack because I was not told who to meet, where to meet…specifics would’ve helped. Thank God for Ramero! I give him and his boss 5 stars for taking care of my son and I. I’m from TX, not used to tourist attractions.

Sad day in the sun !!!!! - Horrible experience . Would not go there again or use Trip Advisor . Resort didn’t even know I was coming . I had to pay cab fair there and back . Had trouble getting into the resort and finally got in and did not get a tour . Had no idea where I was supposed to go or where . So I followed my family . Wasn’t allowed to eat with them and the waiter was rude . Trip Advisor didn’t send the vouchers till I was already out of the country and phone was on airplane mode . So I was unable to get them . This was my first cruise and vacation . So it was a truly upsetting experience . Total waste of money . Time I can not get back or memories that should have been made .
