Beautiful Biolumincence! - Our tour guide Alex was great! He was so knowledgeable about the bioluminescence, the stars and general information about Holbox. He gave us really good instructions on how to use the double kayak and was very patient with us. He gave us plenty of time to play in the water with the bioluminescence as well! Would highly recommend this tour to see this amazing beauty of nature!

Great experience, good for beginners - Really enjoyed out trip, it’s a short kayak journey and your eyes do adjust to see in the dark (although you get some lights from the hotels nearby). We went in Jan and still saw quite a lot, so would recommend

Gustavo is a fantastic guide - Gustavo is absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He told us and showed us the constellations. It was a magical, incredible tour.

Challenging but interesting experience - Interesting experience but the kayaking was quite tough especially in the dark. We saw some bioluminescence and talked about the constellations. Something different!

A terrific guide! - What a moving experience! This is my second time taking the bioluminescence tour with Abraham. He’s very knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile. I highly recommend the tour and Abraham.

Do the tour in the summer July-September or on a clear night!! - I booked the kayak tour, but choose to do the walk into the ocean tour instead. December is not the greatest time to do Bioluminescene Tour, it's not summer here and the water is cold and not enough plankton to create bright blue colors.The best time to come to Holbox and do the tour is in the summer July,August, and September. I was able to see minimal lights. It was cloudy, I took a few pictures of the constellations. I was picked up at my hotel and dropped back off. The whole trip was about one hour. The service and tour guide was great!!

Great guide. Poor admin. - Gustavo, our guide, Was great! The place was beautiful. the dolphin song and buy a blue medicine was wonderful. communication with Admin was awful. they didn't rely our messages. we waited 40 minutes in the street.

Do it! - The host was fab, unique experience, would recommend. Good for families, friends, couples and very peaceful.
