Unforgettable Experience! - Our guide “Eddie” (aka Luis) was fantastic! The atv ride was a blast and the cenote was incredible. The “sacrifice jump” was one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had in our many trips to Cozumel. Be aware, this is not an activity to show up intoxicated for. 2 individuals were removed from our group early on because they apparently didn’t understand this is an activity that requires some focus and physical ability or it could be quite dangerous! We were grateful for Eddies swift action removing them from the excursion so we could all enjoy the experience. The tequila tasting was wonderful as well! Loved the whole experience!

Great day in Cozumel - I will have to be honest..I was super nervous when we found out our ship would be docking in Cozumel an hour later than scheduled. That meant we would miss our meeting point time. I shouldn't have been worried at all! Viator was so helpful letting the excursion company know we were running behind. The meeting place was a very short walk from the cruise terminal. We have a GREAT time. It was nice being able to ride in a air conditioned vehicle to the site. Our guide - Franco was great!!! The atv tour was fun, Jade Cavern was very cool - if you go JUMP! I am about to be 55 and do not regret jumping. The beach was pretty - drinks a little pricey but it's a tourist place. There were shops but no one was overly pushy. Tequila testing was ok. Very good trip and good price. Highly recommend.

ATV Tours Cozumel - I think the package was the highlight, it had variety. But if an ATV ride, check out some nature, local scenery, then finish off with a swim and cool down. Doesn't get much better than that.

Everything under the Cozumel sun! - Our guide Pablo was excellent, friendly, carefree, and kept us all safe and on track. We picked this excursion because of the limited time we had on shore we wanted to do a little bit of everything. It worked out perfectly as we rode ATVs - perfect difficulty for beginners and fun enough for experienced drivers - jumped into a cenote to cool off, headed back to a small village for a tequila tasting, shopped for keepsakes, and got dropped off on the beach for lunch and gorgeous ocean views. At the beach club we were able to snorkel and kayak (included in our fee), lounge on their beach chairs, and order quality drinks at the bar. There were additional keepsake shops at the beach club and clean restrooms. We would definitely recommend this ATV Adventure to families with kids (8yo+), couples, singles, and groups of friends. Anyone who is curious about ATVs this is a good introduction.

ATV, Cenote, Beach Resort! So much we couldn’t do it all - I’m a dirt biker so love off-roading, this was definitely a good time. Would have preferred a longer ride, seems like we went up the road and back down it then to the cenote and back. The cenote was cool. If you go you MUST do the 30’ jump into the cold water. Super exhilarating and refreshing That was the highlight of the adventure. The included lunch on the beach was good also and then just lounging on the beach at Uvas was relaxing. Borrowed some snorkel gear (mask and snorkel, had to give a tip to get fins). Don’t expect much when snorkeling it’s a disappointing reef (if you can call it a reef). But did see a couple of eels and baby rays. And a ride back to the ship terminal. Overall there was plenty to do, more than we could have done in one day so YES I do recommend.

Great guide! Amazing value! - Robert (Beto) was amazing! We were only with one other couple, so it was basically a private tour. The bonus tequila tasting and lunch on the beach were both more than expected!

We had so much fun would... - We had so much fun would recommend to bring sunglasses and a bandanna because it’s really dusty. They sell bandannas but they are $5 and poorly made. The guides were awesome they were very energetic and kind. The cenotes were beautiful as well.

Tour operator did not... - Tour operator did not return us to our hotel as was indicated on our ticket. Our tiicket stated meeting point: 7-11 and return: transportation to hotel. We informed operator our ticket indicated return to hotel. They left us to find our own transportation back to hotel.

Too much wasted time!!! - 15 minutes late at pick up. Drove to some area and asked if we brought bandanas (never said to bring your own). Shop sold us 4 typical cheap cloth bandanas for $26 USD!! Then I was asked to drive our Jeep of our family of 4. ATV part was just ok, area is not big and kind of drive around the same area. Too much time wasted getting there and loading. Then waiting to see photos. Waiting for people to buy tequila at the museum tour. 1 hour to eat lunch at 2:30 and leave beach by 3:30. They need to figure things out better, and provide your bandana.
