Hell - Prijsvrij has deceived us badly
Prijsvrij has deceived us badly! By searching all day for the right holiday, our mother, who is already a day older, made a few mistakes with the ascriptions for the flight tickets. We called 30 minutes later for the correct adjustments. According to Prijsvrij, nothing could be changed. The next day we were told that we had to pay €2100 extra due to spelling mistakes... (4 new tickets) Every other reputable airline offers changes free of charge or allows you to cancel the booking within 24 hours.
Prijsvrij has built in an extra sneaky clause that you can never cancel after a booking. Serious scammers, don't do business with them. Because of them we cannot go on holiday after a difficult divorce and our mother who has dementia. This was our last chance to go on holiday together. Thank you Prijsvrij for your service...
We had understood an extra charge, but 2100 euros extra while we reported it 30 minutes after booking?? Pure scam! So we can no longer go on holiday. Cancel within 24 hours? No, this is not possible with Prijsvrij, see the conditions, which says customer service as the reason.... Sorry, it costs us €3250.00.
50% are the cancellation costs. Sorry kids, because of Prijsvrij we no longer go on holiday.....
