Highlights
  • Manuel Antonio National Park - Our activity consists of a leisurely, gentle 2.2-kilometer stroll along a mixed gravel and sandy path adjacent to the beach, with the primary goal of observing as much wildlife as we can. Our emphasis is on wildlife observation, nature photography, imparting current information about nature, and sharing anecdotes from our experiences in the field.

Approximately two hours into our journey, we reach a cafe where we take a brief pause. This is an opportunity for you to purchase some refreshments or a bite to eat. A mere 100 meters further, the safest and most central swimming beach of Manuel Antonio National Park beckons you with its pristine white sands and inviting waters. Another 100 meters brings us to a second delightful swimming spot, which marks the end of our guided tour. You are welcome to linger in the park, but if you’re looking to exit, we’ll take a 25-minute break for you to snap some photos or enjoy a quick dip.

The return walk to the park’s entrance is quicker since the temperature has usually risen by this point and most of the wildlife has finished feeding for the morning. Nonetheless, the scenery remains breathtaking.

Albin tour guide was amazing!! - We really enjoyed this tour! Albin was such a lovely and knowledgeable guide! I was amazed at how easily he could spot so many animals, birds, insects! He was so excited to share all his wisdom and expertise with us! He has a great positive attitude and good sense of humor! So happy we did this tour at 7am - not many in the park and we had a small group of 5 people total- we are very lucky!

Amazing tour company - They went above and beyond to make sure we don't miss this tour by sending a tour guide at an unscheduled time just for us. I booked this tour for 9am but had to muss because my family got super sick overnight. That was the last tour of the day. When the company heard about our situation, they sent Alvin to meet us at 11am. It ended up being a private tour because it was a last minute arrangement. Alvin was so attentive and knew so many spots and different animals including sloths! My little kids complained so much of the heat and humidity and he offered to take a break and guided us to a shaded path. It was overall amazing experience!

Sergio a great professional. - I did the tour with my partner, our guide was Sergio, a genius. Very kind, considerate, and professional. You can tell that he really likes what he does, he transmitted a lot of wisdom to us and has great knowledge of the entire park, he didn't miss anything, he knew everything about the flora and fauna of the place. It is worth noting that the only ones who spoke Spanish were my partner and I, the rest of the group spoke only English, but Sergio made sure that we all understood perfectly what we saw and heard. SUPER RECOMMENDED to do the tour with him. The park is good, there are a lot of people, most of the people talk a lot and loudly. Personally, I like that places with this characteristic have fewer people and/or without so much noise pollution from visitors. In any case, I once again highlight the professionalism of Sergio, our guide.

Manuel Antonio Guided Tour - Our guide Sergio was very friendly and knowledgeable about the various animals and plants we were able to see while in the park! He was able to point out many animals (sloths, monkeys, birds, iguanas) that we would have otherwise missed and let each person in our small group have a closer look through his telescope. I would highly recommend this tour if you are going to Manuel Antonio National Park!

Manuel Antonio Park Tour - We met our guide Sergio at the park gates and within minutes we were spotting incredible wildlife! We had a small group allowing us lots of time to view animals behind the guides’ telescope and to learn interesting animal/ecosystem facts. I felt like I truly got to experience the beauty of the park with this tour ending at Manuel Antonio beach — I highly recommend this!
