Mangrove Kyaking with a side of Sloth! - Aleandro (I'm sure I spelled this incorrectly) was spectacular! The whole tour was great. We saw lots of birds, and mammals. Toucan, the state bird, Hawks, raccoons, monkeys galore and the best was a male 3 toed sloth! (0 days since the last sloth siting!) Kyacking is the way to go for sure. Much slower pace and a good workout! Haha for those of you who only go fast... Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and gave many cool facts about the locals and the wildlife. We saw crabs, Jesus Christ lizards and Giant Iguanas. They also have a trail around the area and you can see cows, bulls, water buffalo, and lots of other things! Seriously book this trip and request Alandro (maybe this is rhe spelling...)

Saw a lot of wildlife on this kayaking tour - I did the mangrove kayaking tour. Andres was my tour guide and he was very knowledgeable about the plants and animals. He would point out the different bird sounds and he also had a good eye for spotting wildlife. The tour started with a walk around their farm where I got to pet a buffalo and then we moved over to the kayaks. It was such a great experience with the best guide!

Great experience - Before the kayak tour, we were treated to a tour of the grounds, which is an organic farm. Our guide was excellent, the highlight was a sighting of a Pygmy kingfisher. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Mangrove Kayak Tour - Great guided tour of the mangroves. Our guide started us walking through the Nacarcosta property, seeing animals and talking about the importance of the living in harmony with the land and nature. The kayak tour of abut 2 hours was filled with insightful moments, pointing out animals we saw along the way, including sloths, monkeys, and birds. The equipment was excellent and the tour was a good value for the money.

Poor value for money - The negative: The announced 2-hour ride only lasts an hour and a half It’s an AR (and on the way back the guide is really in a hurry) The first one understands the explanations well but not necessarily the last one The advertised price is excluding tax, i.e. to be increased by 20% The positive: the setting is pretty

Disappointing Trip - Skip - The kayaking trip was not as advertised. We were kayaking only 1.5 hours. It was on a canal that was full of boats. Not through mangroves with animals and birds. We were not offered the food that was advertised. Also, other people paid cash and it was significantly less money than we paid for the same experience. I would avoid these tours at all costs.
