Fantastic tour with Viviana - We had a wonderful tour with Viviana! She was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job with our group of 8 (ranging from 5 years old to 72 years old). We were all amazed by the variety of animals that she spotted and pointed out to us. Some were so camouflaged that it was helpful when she held her phone up to the scope and showed us on her screen what we were looking at while others were a lot more obvious. In addition to keeping the adults in awe, she was fantastic at keeping the kids (ages 5 and 8) engaged throughout the tour. They were both so excited to say hi to her when we saw her in the park a few days later! Highly recommend.

The beauty of nature! - Viviana was an incredible tour guide! She is fun, friendly and knowledgeable. Our experience was incredible because of Viviana’s eye for spotting hidden wildlife. We saw so many beautiful animals and Viviana taught me how to take pictures using my iphone and her telescope and shared her incredible pictures with the group. I’m so grateful for the amazing experience!

A must do if you want to see the animals. - Jacob was our tour guide and did amazing. I loved how the guides helped each other of they knew where an animal was at. You have to get a guide, they have scipes to get close views and use them to let you take close up pictures. -beach closes at 3, if you want to swim do the early tour -there is parking for 10.00 by the park. The company, not the guide picked people up at a restaurant, but didn't have room so we drove and had to pay the 10. The couple that did get a ride had to take a bus back to there car. I would just get a guide and meet them at the park. Was amazing and worth the heat.

A bounty of wildlife with a great guide - Hans was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide who is passionate about wildlife. We saw monkeys, sloths, lizards, a spider in an elegant web shaped like an X, the head of a venomous snake, and a colorful crab. Our tour lasted slightly longer than planned because Hans stopped to show us so many breathtaking views through his telescope.

Michael was so knowledgeable! - Michael was fantastic. Our whole group was in awe of how he was able to spot things we couldn't see. The technology was incredibly helpful and we got the most amazing photos that we would have never gotten on our own. We would do this again with Michael for sure.

Fantastic morning, lots of wildlife - We had a wonderful long morning in the park with rolando as our very knowledgeable, friendly guide. We saw a lot of animals (lizards, snakes, sloths, monkeys, birds and more) thanks to rolando and his expert eye and telescope, with great pictures too. We simply wouldn’t have seen anything but monkeys from afar without a guide so this is worth every penny, plus they purchase your tickets to the park for you which got us out of a jam when it looked like the official park site was sold out for the day we were available. Pick-up was on time and comfortable, the company were communicative as well. Yes, the park is very busy. Go in the morning as when we left at 1.30 pm after electing to lounge on the beach for a while instead of being dropped off, it was getting much busier. But, if you want to see LOTS of wildlife in a short amount of time with easy trails and a lovely beach just go with the flow with the crowds. It’s worth it Thanks so much guys :)

Essential tour with guide to see sloths with your telescope. - Our stew Rolo was very friendly and attentive, explaining what he was showing us, seeing animals with his telescope and taking photos to take as a souvenir. There were 6 of us, 4 of us, and 2 Americans, so the tour was in Spanish and English. He does the tour first thing in the morning, we had to do it at 12 and it was very hot. The tour ended at Manuel Antonio beach, spectacular, wonderful.

a guide is a must - I happened to be there at a very busy time, which made the guided tour much less enjoyable and no doubt kept a lot of animals away. That said, this is really the only way to go, because a trained guide with a spotting scope will see that sloth or crab the average person will not notice.

Overdevelopment - Beautiful area but SO many people….too overdeveloped for animal watching. Should have skipped this park in retrospect
