Our skydive host will assist you to gear up and you will be briefed by one of our Tandem Masters. Your flight to altitude will take you high above the Wakatipu basin, where you will have a birds eye view of our dramatic mountains and lakes. Jumping directly above our drop zone you will experience freefall of up to 60 seconds before your Tandem Master deploys the parachute and together you glide back to earth. Thanks Tim!!! - Shout out to Tim for being so kind and friendly! I was nervous to jump, but Tim did a brilliant job of putting me at ease, and for that, I am very grateful. As someone with motion sickness, I found the motion of the parachuting a bit sickening, but I communicated this with my tandem buddy, and Tim was very accommodating, and I was not sick. The views were incredible. The sensation of free falling is like nothing I've ever experienced and not nearly as scary as I thought it would be. Overall, it was a once in a lifetime experience I'm so glad I did!
We had to wait a long time for our skydive, so my advice to anyone doing it would be to take something to do. We waited about 3 hours to do it when we got there, which we didn't expect. I wish I had brought a book.

Friendly, good photo-taking skills - The whole process service was good, the little sisters were warm and friendly, whether it was hosting or helping with dressing etc. The front desk brother recommended 15,000, but was really scared to fly 12,000 as scheduled, then arrived at the jump site, took me skydiving by Coach William, he was very funny, friendly. Skydiving also takes you to Queenstown, and the photography is really good. Nice shot. Highly recommended

Just an amazing experience! - An amazing experience jumping out at 15,000 feet with a minute's freefall to take in the amazing views over the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.
Very professional, the jumpmaster made me feel at complete ease, despite my questioning why on earth you would jump out of a perfectly serviceable aircraft at that height. I would thoroughly recommend Nzone in this location. Probably the most scenic jump anywhere and I certainly want to do more!!

Quite Simply The Best Adrenaline Rush EVER! - What an absolutely AWESOME experience! The best adrenaline rush I've EVER experienced by far! But also, the scenery is absolutely SPECTACULAR! It makes your eyes smile. However, for anyone reading this review, I want to assure you that SAFETY is their number one PRIORITY! All the team at the jump zone are quite clearly highly skilled individuals with many year's experience behind them, and NOTHING is left to chance, and I think they checked my equipment approximately 7 times prior to me jumping from the plane. Tracey, my Tandem Skydiving Instructor, who hails from Canada, was awesome! Not only is she expert at what she does, but she was so friendly and professional and put me at ease straight away, with her great communication skills! Also, she was just a lovely person. Obviously, I couldn't or wouldn't give a 100% guarantee that nothing could go wrong, and neither would the team at NZONE, but just like life in general, there's always risk involved with everything. To me, the risk was more than worth taking, as not only do I have AMAZING memories forever, but I also have the proof, as they film you from the time you put your harness on on the ground, to the time immediately after touching down. That's without the mountain of still shots also. It's before, during, and after, and then they simply email you with the links link to download your memories forever. Come on, everyone, FEEL THAT RUSH!

Fantastic Experience 11/10 - The views were amazing! My skydiving professional “Hoel” was very friendly and professional. I fully appreciated the whole experience. It genuinely made me a better person. It made me conquer what I never believed I could (fear). I completely recommend Nzone Skydive.

Just did my first skydive today and… WOW! What an experience! - The free fall was insane — terrifying and exciting at the same time. Once the parachute opened, it felt like floating above the world.
The view was breathtaking, the team and instructors were super professional and made me feel safe the entire time.
Definitely one of the best things I’ve ever done!
100% recommend it if you’re looking to feel truly alive!

Almost a perfect experience - Amazing and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and fixed any problems as well as you could hope. The staff were very busy but still able to answer questions and were very friendly.
The only disappointing thing was the cheapest opportunity for video and photos was well above our price range ($200 each) and because we have to lock away our things before we get dressed, there is no opportunity to take a couple of our own before or after either.
It would be nice if there was at least the chance to have 2-3 photos taken, even if it was just before & after, for a small amount or included in the price of the activity. We had a fantastic experience but no souvenirs at all unless we were willing to spend a lot more money.

Jumping out of a plane at 12,000 feet with a minute-long freefall over the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu was nothing short of spectacular! The adrenaline rush was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The views alone make your eyes smile, and it’s truly one of the most beautiful places to skydive in the world. I would highly recommend NZONE in Queenstown for anyone looking to take the plunge — it's an experience you’ll never forget!
One thing I want to highlight is the safety aspect — it was clear that safety is their number one priority. The team at the jump zone are highly skilled and experienced, and I felt completely confident that everything was checked thoroughly. In fact, my equipment was double and triple-checked, probably about seven times, before I jumped out of the plane!
However, there were a couple of aspects that fell short. The front desk staff didn’t seem very customer-focused, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, the photos and videos package, which cost an extra $240, didn’t quite live up to expectations. The footage was only captured by the tandem instructor, and I had hoped there would be additional footage from another jumper, but that didn’t happen. This was a bit disappointing considering the cost.
Finally, while my tandem instructor, Tibi, was professional, his communication was lacking. He didn’t make the experience as fun or engaging as I had hoped, and it felt more transactional than enjoyable.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend NZONE Skydive Queenstown for the thrill and stunning views, but I do think there’s room for improvement in customer service and the photo/video packages.

Really disappointed - I paid a lot of money for photos and video, but they failed to deliver. First, they said I would receive everything within 24 hours. I got a link that didn’t work, so I called them. They told me there were some issues with the footage. After 3–4 more calls, they just kept saying, “Wait a bit, it’s coming.” But when I called again about three days later, they told me the footage couldn’t be sent and that I’d be refunded.
Just like that, memories I was really looking forward to are gone—and I’m deeply disappointed. I even asked if they could send the footage in another way, but they refused.
On top of that, our scheduled start time was 2:30 PM, but we ended up waiting for hours and didn’t fly until around 4:00 PM.
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. These were supposed to be memories for a lifetime, and instead, they were thrown straight into the trash.
