“Oarsome“ day! - Awesome, awesome day. Some challenging rapid to 3 Gillings and then some nice gentler paddling down the river in the second half of the day. Great lunch on the Riverside beach and the gods were lots of fun and very informative with heaps of history to see along the way highly recommend.

A trip of two fun halves - We were dropped at the top of the rapids near Queenstown after kitting up in wetsuits. While we were having our safety briefing, the water which Hydro Tas let out started to build the river from a trickle into a gush. The first half of the trip was rapid after rapid with short history/botany/snack breaks. Very exciting. Very wet. At the halfway mark, those who had chosen the raft and steam experience left us and got on the train. We floated down a much gentler river where we had a simple and tasty lunch (wraps), and then paddled our way to Strahan. We were extremely lucky with the weather which made an already fantastic day, superlative. The raft guide guys were fun, safe and easy on the eyes. ;-) Highly recommend this experience.

Outstanding Rafting Experience - This was our first time rafting. Ollie, Thea and the guys guiding us, Dean and Ben were absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend this outdoor adventure experience enough. Heading to TAS, get yourself over to Queenstown and try this all day adventure and learn about the history of this beautiful part of Tassie as well as the fun and overall experience. Thanks again Ben and Dean. You guys were fantastic. 🤙🏼

Great for families - Great, energetic and enthusiastic guides. Felt safe the entire time. The water rafting was loads of fun, kids had a great time. The river cruise part was relaxing. My 11 year old fell in and the guide had her back in the boat with a minute. We were all a little cold by the end.
