Such a fun experience - A really fun experience - we felt very well looked after by Matthew (ages ranged from us mid/late 60s to little ones) and he made the experience great for all of us. Some exciting 360 degrees spins and exhilaratingly fast. A little bumpy on my old back but would not have missed this exoerience. Highly recommended. 😊

Fun adrenaline rush - The trip was a blast! We had a great driver with a fun sense of humor and the good mix of music playing made for a memorable adrenaline experience.

Great experience and friendly staff 10/10 - This was an excellent experience with a thrill ride and definitely worth the value!! On the day, the jet boat ride, we originally booked was low availability. Tucker from Real NZ kindly upgraded us to the 1 hour jet boat ride. Me and my wife really appreciated this and Tucker was friendly and accommodating. The instructor that took us on the jet boat ride was knowledgeable and showed us around the lakes and surroundings. He made the experience fun, especially with the 360 spins and had all of us laughing, especially when we were drenched with water and this made it more fun. I would definitely do this experience again and recommend this to everyone (even if you have not done jet boating before).

Loads of fun! - Lots of fun! My only regret was not doing the 1 hour ride. The guide was very funny and great entertainment for the kids onboard.

An absolute must - Was the highlight of our short time in Queenstown. Our hr jet boat ride skipping across the local nz pristinely clear waterways was the epitome of fun . Our driver Tim was excellent at his craft and provide commentary when we paused throughout the high speed ride. Queenstown is spoilt for choice with things to do but jet boating is an absolute must, Our speeds reached around the 85km mark and we all had a ball.

My experience on jet boat - The thrill of slicing through water at high speed made jet boat ride an unforgettable adrenaline rush. Each twist and turn on the roaring river offered a heart-pounding experience.

Empathy goes a long way - We were touring the South Island in a motorhome with our two boys. On our way to our booking we had motorhome issues and caught in an area with no phone service, so were unable to contact the company to let them know where we were. Once we were able to contact the company it was after our booking time, there was zero empathy from the company for our situation, they kept our money and when asked if they could possibly accommodate us at a later time, they refused however offered us 20% discount to rebook for the next time slot. I found the staff I spoke with to be very unemphatic and condescending. My suggestion as a business owner myself in Australia once receiving this feedback they reflect on their customer service and the fact that they are dealing with visitors from various countries. At times things for those visitors will have things go wrong and a little empathy for those situations would go a long way. Furthermore, what I would like to say is, every other business we dealt with in NZ were absolutely fabulous!
