Sit back, relax and soak up the scenic sights on this morning of guided sightseeing. Begin high above Queenstown taking in panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful Lake Wakatipu.
Spend time exploring the 1860’s gold rush history and the picturesque colonial architecture of Arrowtown with time to wander the main street.
Be wowed by the dramatic Kawarau Gorge as you pass by a Lord of the Rings film location and watch daredevils bungy jump from the famous Kawarau Suspension bridge.
Stop into ‘valley of the vines’ Gibbston wine region for a wine tasting at Gibbston Valley winery.
Finish with an optional visit to Buzz stop cafe for a honey tasting or stay for lunch (at own expense). Each tour is hosted by our friendly local guides with small intimate groups sizes.

A Good One to See Queenstown and Its Surroundings - An excellent overview of Queenstown and the surrounding area, particularly for those without a car. Our guides were friendly and informative and provided for a thoroughly enjoyable experience

Great quick trip - Lovely day out with Queenstown Highlights tour, visited Arrowtown, the bunjy jumps, Gibbston valley winery, coronet peak, one of the lord of the rings sight. Weather fined up and was great.

Great way to spend a half day. - Small group tour in comfortable van. Simon our driver was very knowledgeable and just a great guy. Nothing was a problem. Was a good tour to see and experience places to go in Queenstown that you may not normally visit. High recommend

Great tour & Great Tour Guide! - We truly enjoyed our tour with Simon. He was informative and very pleasant. We didn't feel rushed and enjoyed the sights in and around Queenstown and Arrowhead. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Stunner of a Morning! - The team at Appelation were so accommodating and helpful. Had a great morning with Chris, he was super knowledgeable and I got to see so much of Queenstown on the most stunning of days

A very enjoyable tour - A good value tour covering the main attractions around Queenstown. We had a great guide & saw Queenstown lookout, the bungy jumping, visited a local winery for tasting and had some free time in Arrowtown. As we didn't have a car this was a great way to get around.
