Just fly! - Absolutely amazing experience! The staff was very friendly, Luke, my instructor was amazing! Very experienced and very friendly Company has been in business for over 30 years The activity is expensive, 519 NZ plus camera and video, but worth every penny!

Awesome first jump! - It was my first time skydiving and it was amazing! My tandem partner was super helpful and she made sure that I was comfortable and safely secured. I was glad to not have a lot of choice about when I jumped from the plane because my tandem partner took the reins on that one so my fear couldn’t build up! It was a clear day when I went so the views were spectacular and overall the experience was exhilarating. My boyfriend also came and he did not have as great of an experience. He was pretty dizzy and couldn’t really see— probably from lack of oxygen from breathing super heavy. It took him a while to recover. So I’d say a lot of it is personal in terms of experience going down. The customer service was super great though and I felt really safe! Would definitely do it again:)

Just do it!! - Brilliant! Well looked after from start to finish. The encouragement and support is fantastic and I felt completely safe with my tandem partner. The photo/video package at NZ$199 felt expensive on top of the skydive cost, but to be honest, it was worth every penny. The whole experience has been captured really well and I am glad I went for it.

Stunning! - The whole experience was outright amazing. The views were stunning and my tandem instructor Jarod was friendly, engaging, super supportive and captured some of the best video/ photo footage of my time. If you have any doubts, go for it and have the time of your life!!!

Nzone SKYDIVE, THE place to do skydiving - I had the best experience I ever had!! I really recommande it! The view was soooo beautiful, I did skydive before and it was not as beautiful as Queenstown. Exhilarating, smooth, and safe experience - This was one of the best experiences I've ever participated in. Not only was the skydiving itself an absolute blast, but I was very impressed by how Nzone operates their business. From the moment I stepped into their Queenstown storefront, I could feel the quality and legitimacy of their operation. I cannot think of a business where this is more important than skydiving. After checking in, we were weighed, then shown to a theater room for an initial walk through of the experience and some safety instruction. We then hopped onto a 15 minute shuttle to the dropzone just outside of Queenstown. I was equally impressed by the quality of this facility. In the waiting area, they have screens showing brief bios on the Nzone skydiving team. Notably, the bios included how many jumps each tandem master has completed. The fact that the team has completed between 500 and 25,000 jumps PER PERSON made me feel very comfortable. In addition, the waiting area looks into the parachute packing area where we could watch the packing happen. Another small but effective touch that makes customers feel safe. Gearing up was easy, with a jumpsuit, helmet, and goggles. Lockers were provided for us to store our belongings. After suiting up, we were given another safety training from a tandem master. It was very clear and easy to follow. Before boarding the ~15 minute flight to altitude, our tandem masters (Damo and Ivan) greeted us personally, and we boarded the plane. They made us feel comfortable the entire ride up, clearly communicating steps being taken to prepare for the jump while also getting hyped and having fun. Such good guys. The jump itself was smooth, we just hopped out! This was, by far, the most adrenaline I've ever experienced. What an absolute rush. Words cannot describe the feeling, you simply have to do it. After deploying the parachute, we chatted and enjoyed the view the way down. They continued to communicate clearly during the descent through to the landing. After changing out of our gear, we were free to hop on the shuttle back into Queenstown. This review would not be complete without a comment about the media package. You have the option to capture your entire experience on video for an extra fee. Your tandem master will have a GoPro attached to their wrist and will film everything including a pre-flight interview, the flight up, the jump down to the landing, and a post-jump interview. The GoPro footage is high quality, and the tandem masters know how to shoot good content (as opposed to just waving the camera around). This resulted in a high quality output. The footage of your experience is then edited into a long form video and short form social media-ready video, and sent to you via an email link. This was turned around in about 2 hours. Another professional touch that speaks to quality of the operation. Of course it's fun to have a video of your jump, but I recommend purchasing the media package for another reason: the experience of jumping out of a plane was so intense that I blacked out a little bit. Not a literal black out while it was happening, but it was so overwhelming that my memory of the jump and free fall wasn't that clear. Having the video footage helped me process the experience and remember what it was like and how fun it was. Well done Nzone. Extremely polished/professional experience, and most importantly, so much fun! Highly recommend.

Worst Skydive Provider ever! - NZONE only focus to monetise photo and videography by charging a premium, end up lost ALL video cam footage after the jump! Losing people’s precious memories is the worst, this is unacceptable. There was no form of compensation done other than refunding the photo and video portion (which is a given since nothing was provided). They did not bother to explain what happened to the camera at all!

TERRIBLE company! They are VERY rude & their equipment stinks - TERRIBLE Company! Most of the staff are VERY RUDE! Specially to some Chinese tourists who don't speak English so well. Their jumpsuit, cap are run down and STINKS! They obviously don't wash it. The goggle I wore was plastic and did not have cushion so it was VERY PAINFUL on the face since it had to be tightened. The instructor who gave a briefing before we boarded the plane was an ABSOLUTE JERK. Very rude and impatient. I was with my partner so we both had the same experience
