The Outlander adventure to Culloden and Craigh na Dun is the ultimate fan experience of the immensely popular television series. This one-of-a-kind tour first takes us through the heart of Outlander’s Jamie Fraser’s past, his ancestral dwelling, Lallybroch (also known as Midhope Castle).
Lallybroch, or Midhope Castle, is where scenes from Outlander were filmed. It is situated near Edinburgh.
John Martyne erected Midhope Castle in the 15th century, before it underwent reconstruction in the mid 1600s.
We then proceed to Doune Castle (Castle Leoch in Outlander), which also featured as Winterfell in Game of Thrones. The third stop is at Craigh na Dun, the site of the mysterious standing stones that transported Claire 200 years into the past, as showcased in season 7. We then pay respects at the Clan Fraser grave in Culloden.
Travel time to each of these locations is included in the overall duration of the tour.
