Manhattan New York - Great trip to New York , are driver Ambrose waited over 2 hours for us to get through customs got us prompt to our destination while giving us info on where everything was. I left my phone in the car on the way back which he kindly brought back within 10mins . Would definitely recommend

Exceptional Service, luxurious cars and outstanding drivers. - Based on numerous recommendations on facebook groups I booked a return trip from JFK to our hotel in times square. From start to finish our return transfer was nothing short of exceptional. Our drivers, Ambrose and Segundo were profesional and courteous. The cars were large, clean, and comfortable. We hit some stationary traffic not far from the hotel, which resulted in a scenic detour via central park area, hells kitchen and times square. I would recommend Prem Luxury to anyone wanting a smooth, reliable first class airport transfer for a very reasonable price

Amazing experience. 100% rate - I can’t recommend prem’s enough. Was going to New York with my 2 daughters and wanted them to have a nice expirence from the airport to hotel and back again. Ambrose was amazing. Kept in contact with me before flying. When we landed and also when we were there on holiday. Making sure we were ok, if we needed to see anything etc. he was absolutely 100% class. Brilliant. Felt like nothing was to much. Please don’t go in a taxi or get the train. Use this company.

Excellent service, comfortable ride. - Excellent communication on both pickups to and from the airport. On time, reliable, very friendly. The cars were perfect. So comfortable and spacious. Would recommend prems luxury and we will definitely use them again

Will never use another company again! - Second year using these guys and can honestly say that it is a stress free reliable way of getting from the airport into the city. Our driver was Ambrose who was amazing. Very impressed by this company as they care about the customers and are very responsive before your arrive and the day before you come home. After a long flight you want to just get to your hotel so having these guys on hand is a relief. We’ve used yellow cabs before but there is no chat or banter, no interesting facts about the city or its residents, no offer of bottled water, simply transactional but prems offers a great service that we appreciate. Thank you Prem and Ambrose.

Just what you need after a long flight! - Just wanted to send a special thank you to Ambrose at prems luxury transportation. We got a transfer from jfk to times square. Communication was excellent and he arrived promptly. We easily found the pick up point having never visited the airport before. Car was immaculate and comfortable with ample space for our baggage. Ambrose was friendly and even offered us water which was gratefully recieved after a long flight. Would definitely recommend and we will be using prems luxury transfers when we next visit! Thanks for adding to our wonderful experience of NYC.

Prems was perfect for our needs! - Prems was superb for transfer to and from JFK and Manhattan. The communication prior to each transfer was excellent and our drivers (Morshed and Ambrose) were super friendly and punctual. The cars on both occasions were large SVUs that were immaculately clean. For the ease of booking, communication, punctuality and reliability you won’t find any better than this - way better than the yellow queue and not appreciably more expensive! Well worth the extra few dollars. Well done Prems, we’ll definitely recommend you and use your service in NYC next time!!
