Another great transfer - This is the second time we used King and Queen for our transfers from JFK to Manhattan. The transfer was smooth and easy, car was clean and the driver polite. Another nice thing was that the driver messaged me when our plane landed to let me know where he was etc which was great.
We used them again to return to JFK. I had to change the pick up time which was done by email - no issues and done swiftly. The driver txt when he was outside and was courteous and polite.
All in all a very smooth and pleasant service

A Dark and Stormy Night - Mike was an excellent driver and got us to Times Square on a dark and stormy night!
The rain was terrible and we had a lot of luggage; Mike was more than helpful in loading us up. He found us quickly in the very crowded JFK terminal too!

Great service! - I wanted to surprise my teenage son with a stretch limo ride from the airport - giorgi & co did their best to accomodate this, their service and the communication with them were perfect and the ride was great :) I can highly recommend the company!

5 Star Service - Even with Travel Issues! - Don’t have enough positive things to say about this company! We had a travel day from hell in June with deplaning and massive flight delays. King and Queen went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we weren’t charged a cancellation fee. They swapped drivers and vehicles throughout the day to accommodate our delay. They kept us updated via email and text messages. Forget about all the other large app based companies and book with a smaller outfit that cares about you!

NY family trip - Everything was perfect. Email received the morning with all the information about our driver. When we landed at JFKa message from the driver saying he was waiting for us. Right on time. Inside the limo napkins reminding the colors of our national flag :-) Very appreciated!

Exceptional Service - We booked three trips in total.
JFK to Manhattan in a limo, return to JFK in an Escalade and another Escalade for touring round Queens/Brooklyn. Absolutely faultless service from start to finish. Sophia and Keto were so helpful and made the bookings and payments seamless and stress free. The cars were immaculate, turned up as agreed, driver communication was A+, drivers were friendly and helpful, especially Hammad who took us on our city tour. He had lots of local knowledge and definitely added to the enjoyment of our trip. All in all a first class experience with no issues or problems. Highly recommend and would use again without hesitation

Saved the Day! - King and Queen went BEYOND expectations when we switched our flight LAST second to leave FL from Hurricane Nicole so our trip didn't get completely canceled. Before the day off, I had to switch twice before finally boarding the last plane not knowing if I would have transportation when we landed. Not only did they PULL IT OFF the last second, they were courteous, super accommodating and RIGHT on time! Thank you Thank you Thank you! I can't imagine having to find transportation with 5 people and our luggage at the last second. You guys ROCK! ** Great Communication, Fast Responses, Wonderful Courteous Driver, and Easy to use website **
