Very interesting! - Great Hop on Hop off bus tour of Quebec City. Very informative and interesting! Enjoyed hearing the history of this beautiful city!

Great tour - Tour guide, Martine, was great. Very interesting, educational, and helpful. Perfect was to see Qubec.

Hop-On; Hop-Off tours are a good way to get an overview - The thing I liked most about this tour was that the commentary was pre-recorded and you listed to it through head phones. It was easy to understand what was being said, unlike a similar tour we took in Montreal where the tour guide had to speak in both English and French.

Great into to Quebec City - Great view of Quebec City. Very informative. Would definitely recommend for a good overview of the city. Like the recorded narrative but bring you own earphones if you have them

Cold - Very good and snowy. Driver did his best but weather was against him 😢we laugher a lot but windows were steamy so could see. Clothes to clean windows would have helped

Nice Overview on Slow Days - The actual tour around the city was very good and gave a nice overview of the different parts of Quebec. Stops were convenient to a number of attractions, shopping, and restaurants. On a good day it would be a great way to get around the city, stop for a meal or stroll, then hop back on a later bus to continue your trip. The problem we had was a lack of capacity. There were two large cruise ships in port and a major convention going on at the convention center. It didn't appear there were enough buses running, or if they were, some were specifically chartered and not available to all passengers. We did start late in the afternoon, so only made the loop around after waiting in a long line for a bus to arrive. For an average visit, this is a good deal, but check to see what is going on in the city before deciding to use the bus to hop off and hop back on in a timely manner.

Frustrating experience - The sound system didn’t work half the time. It was frustrating constantly trying to retune it to channel 2. We missed half the trip.

Tour great but lousy hours - It ended at 2 pm???? Due to a big cruise ship leaving at that hour? What about the rest of the people?

Not great - Was very hard to figure out the route and schedule. It doesn't arrive at the stops very often, had to wait for 30 minute, and then the bus was very full. We didn't realize when it stopped running for the day, and we were left to walk 20 minutes back to our hotel.

Viator needs to provide a refund - I am a senior citizen and my son and grandson did not use the service once as we did not know where to board the bus. I requested a refund of $190 from Viator and did not receive it.
