Excellent, Well Organized Tour! - We highly recommend this tour! Rather than drive to Quebec City on our own, we relaxed on the bus! We were picked up by Yu from our hotel and brought to the meeting site. We met Yang, the tour leader. He made sure we knew what to expect, where to go, and where to meet the bus. Our seats were assigned, so there was no confusion getting seats. The bus was new and comfortable. The only downside was that bus etiquette should be announced at the start of the tour. The people behind us constantly sprayed body spray and played loud music videos on their phones. The tour itself offered many stops, including a rest stop on the way to Quebec City. Yang told us about the cruise option. It was less to book it through him than the cruise website. We paid $72US for 2 tickets. We had about an hour at Montmorency Falls. This was plenty of time to walk around, climb up, and view the falls. Then, it was a short ride to Quebec City where we met our guide Richard. That lasted about 45 minutes. Then, we had about 2 1/2 hours to walk around on our own before the cruise, which was more than enough time to see everything. We even had time to go to a cafe for delicious crepes and coffee! We were very happy we booked the cruise. It was very smooth, and offered another perspective of Quebec City. Tip: try to get a seat at the very front of the boat so you can see everything on both sides. The cruise was 90 minutes and we were able to sit and enjoy the views! Yang met us as we walked off the boat and the bus was waiting just a few steps from the dock. The driver, Yu, met us back in Montreal and brought us back to our hotel. Everything was wonderful! We had a great day!

Wonderful trip to Quebec City - We booked this trip last minute and couldn’t have been happier. We had hotel pickup and drop off. Went without a hitch. William was our guide and he was excellent. I have limited mobility and even the bus driver helped me get on and off the bus. Quebec City was a great trip. Can’t say enough about this company. They are on time, answer any questions and make the experience personal.

The tour lead was kind of... - The tour lead was kind of racist.
Even though I opted for hotel pickup / drop, the communication was not as needed and I ended up coming to / going from the spot on my own.

Guide is bad, organization is amazing - 1. Organization - 5*! An organizer texted me one day ahead to my WA with confirmation of my pick up. On spot everything was in time
2. Bus and driver - 5*! Clean, AC, punctual
3. Unfortunately, the guide - Yang - was literally about nothing. It was 13 hours trip, he didn’t tell us even one word about anything: Canada or Québec or Montreal! No one word! 13 hours he was just staying in the bus with us.
We had one guide in Quebec itself for half an hour, that’s it.
Better, I should have taken a regular bus and walk by myself. Guide must speak about country, culture. It was my first time in these two cities and I knew nothing.
