Lovely time - My husband and I had a wonderful time. Celine was our guide and she was informative and humorous. We actually left 10 minutes early because all the registered guests were on the bus, so be kind to your fellow travelers and follow directions to show up 15 minutes early- you may get to head out early like us or at least wait in the bus and be warm. Loved visiting the island and seeing areas around Quebec City.

A highlight of our trip! - The wine tour on Orleans Island was a highlight of our time in Quebec City. It was fun and informative thanks to our guide, Jeff, who offered a lot of historical facts and local recommendations. We appreciated his knowledge, humor, and his love for the island. We took in beautiful views from each of the wineries and the ride to and from the island gave us a glimpse of Montmorency Falls. The new tour bus was clean and comfortable, too!

10/10 - Must Do Activity in Quebec City - This was incredible! My husband and I started our anniversary vacation with this winery tour and tasting, and we had high hopes, but it truly exceeded my our expectations! Jeff, our tour guide, was exceptional, informative, and funny, and we were so surprised with the complimentary water and impromptu strawberries from a local farm stand by the road! He also gave great recommendations for food and things to do. We learned a lot of interesting history on the ride from Jeff about Quebec and the island and from each of the 3 wineries. We cannot say enough good things! Do not leave without going on this tour!

Be carefull when booking with Viator - The guide did an excellent job of explaining things about the area. He was knowledgeable and friendly (a real asset to the tour company) The wine stops were nice but don't expect some gourmet wines.....they were drinkable and enjoyable and the people at the wineries were very accommodating. Viator is another thing....All I can say is read the information very carefully. The description of the wine tasting said 4 wineries within a 4-hour tour. In actuality it was 3 hours and only 3 wineries. When I emailed the company, they didn't care one bit. Buyer beware when dealing with them. In an additional description on their website it mentioned 3 wineries (which is true) but on their MAIN description information (which is what I looked at it said 4).

Disappointed! - Jeff was our guide. After herding app. 40 people onto a bus he asked if anyone spoke French. Two couples sitting in front near him said yes. He then spent the next hour while driving in heavy traffic conversing, laughing and joking in French with these two couples. Out of the hour app. 10-12 minutes was an English translation. I thought the tour was promoted as being English speaking? The first winery was nice with good wines and ability to sit down and relax and purchase food. They were clearly prepared for the large group. The next winery in an apple orchard was NOT prepared. We stood around in the apple orchard while they hauled in some benches (unstable on the ground). Didn't they know we were coming? The third winery we stood around initially in the front yard then moved to standing in the back where there were gorgeous views and lots of table and chairs which were not offered to us. No relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Stand and taste and back to the bus. We must be spoiled in the Pacific Northwest as our wine tours always include a place to sit and relax with a table to set your glass upon. Not rushed through. The wineries are prepared in advance for groups, especially large groups. Very disappointed and do not believe this tour was worth the money spent. :0(
