Best bike shop ever - Truly a fantastic bike shop. I rented one of their electric fat bikes for 3 hours and not only was it a great way to explore Quebec City but the staff was exceptional. Both Sam and Emilie were kind, generous, and caring and make you feel right at home. I wasn't wearing the proper gear and that offered to give me boots and snow pants so I would be more comfortable on my ride. They gave me recommendations on what to see on my ride and when I came back they asked if there was anything else I needed where Emilie gave fantastic advice on the city. Can't recommend this place enough!

Professional, good energy, great bikes for this area - Good quality bikes, rented from the super positive and clever owner Emilie who went out of herself to provide us with tips and even came in 1 hour before opening hour to give us.the bikes (without extra cost)

A very original and instructive activity - First time on a fat bike for the whole family: a success. Combining the history of old Quebec with an original Fat Bike activity is TOP! To be done again (with more snow maybe :-) )

Hell - Worst experience I’ve had, the owner won’t stop talking/braggin. My bike was dirty and I had a flat. If I could give ZERO STAR I would. Next trip to Quebec, I will rent a bike somewhere else for sure!!
