Chateau Frontenac Tour - We booked this tour last minute because the weather was awful that day. Snowing! This tour is mainly inside and I would recommend this for anyone that loves going into old hotels. The guide was fantastic & very informative. The guide dressed in period costume which really made the tour fun.

Tour with Thomas was a must! - I am a from the province of quebec and took tour of the castle with my wife while we stayed at the fairmont. Our guide thomas was simply fantastic! Enthusiastic and really passionate about sharing the history of the castle. Learned a lot of things that I didn’t know even as a quebecer. ! Definitely would recommend!

Great tour - The Tour was great, our tourguide was the best. She told us everything. You see a lot in the Fermond hotel. The history off the hotel is so much.

Excellent! - Excellent tour. Our tour guide was entertaining and informative. He was fast paced so we were able to see a lot of the Frontenac and learn a lot in a short time. The tour company was also great. We missed our 1pm tour due to pouring rain and wind so we figured it was a loss, since we didn't want to walk to the hotel in the weather. At 230 we decided to call and see if there was any chance at all we could reschedule...assuming they'd refuse. Instead, they were so flexible and we were able to join the 3pm tour. Great people. Great experience. I wish I had scheduled another tour with this company!

Awesome tour that give you access to special rooms in the hotel! - My wife and I did this tour while visiting Quebec City and we were very pleased with it. Our guide Thomas was very informative and entertaining. Even thought we are both Quebecers, we learned a lot and found the visit to be very worth the entry price.

Yes, they have chefs. But it's not just the food that shines here, their friendly and accommodating staff took care of my family. I wish I would have gone a second time. Interesting - Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. He was corny but trying to make it fun. He had interesting bits. I enjoyed the tour. It was worth doing.
