Welcome to our city-based farm! Apikol, an urban agricultural distillery, is centrally situated in Quebec. One of our co-owners, a beekeeper and distiller, conducts the guided tours. Witness the enthralling world of bees as you observe them in action within our four-season hive. Then, explore the process of creating our handcrafted alcohol from our very own honey. The journey concludes with a sampling of our specialty spirits.
