Apikol - The 60-minute tour includes:

â¢ Visit accompanied by a guide (one of the owner) covering the interpretation of the bee, the extraction of honey and its transformation, fermentation, distillation, aging, formulation and bottling.

â¢ Tasting of 3 products, led by one of our experts, including sparkling mead and 2 spirits among our 4, to choose according to your preferences. (Possibility to add others for a small supplement).

Join us at our city-based farm! Apikol is a metropolitan agricultural distillery centered in Quebec city. Your tour guided by one of the co-owners who is a beekeeper and a distiller is sure to captivate you. Get engrossed in the workings of bees through our observation of their activity in our 4-season hive. Next, learn the process of crafting our handcrafted liquors from the honey we cultivate. We conclude our tour with the sampling of our manufactured alcohol.

Informative and tasty tour - What a fun find in the city! The tour was so informative and you could really feel the passion that the owner has for bees and the work he is doing. We went as a family of four that included two young adults with not much alcohol experience. We all enjoyed the tasting and would encourage others to check out this gem of agriculture in the city.

Unique experience - We had a nice tour through the distillery with a tasting afterwards. We highly recommend it, especially because both owners are super kind and you can feel their heart is really into it!
