Well designed and well paced tour of the highlights outside of Baku - This trip is really comprehensive in illustrating the main attractions on the outskirts of Baku . The tour guide Reza was very enthusiastic about showing this fascinating part of the city . Would confidently recommend to travellers who are in Baku

Quick tour around Baku - Good part . Samir the guide .He was very cooperative and informative. Switched between English and Russian efficiently! Never felt rushed Also the lunch that was part of the program was filling . We were vegetarians and did not miss anything. Bad part, between viator ,an aggregator called Enjoy Azerbaijan travels and my tours Baku the actual operator, the intenary went for a toss! The sequence was not as per the discription which is perefctly fine, but the skipped the hyder aliev centre all to gather !!! Imagine how it disappointing it would be for someone who booked this trip to get an outside view and photostop !!

Good not great - I booked this toor in May 2024 and had a mixed experience with the tour. The tour itinerary and guide were pretty good and attentive however the delivery of explanation was quite average along with the fact that we were not taken to the mud volcanos completely with excuse of bad weather.

Nice compact day trip covering all important highlights around Baku - Visiting the oil platform and the mosque was interesting, but we think it would be best to spend less time there and more time in the natural parks where the landscape is amazing. Lunch was very good and tasty. Overall, the first half of the day trip was much better than the second half. Our guide Reza was friendly, but he really had no understanding for people in our tour who were not interested in all the long stories he was sharing, he called on people and explicitly demanded people not to sleep even if they wanted to take a short nap. We found that very strange. He also talks a lot in circles and doesn't directly come to a point so it is difficult to follow what he is saying even if his English is very good. He was also talking a lot about languages, but in a culturally insensitive way. It is fine that he has his opinion, but it's just not the place to share that, he should rather share facts and stories about Azerbaijan in our opinion. Overall he was still friendly, but his style and attitude were really strange. The tour is overall still worth it, we just recommend that they distribute more time to the natural parks.
