Bioluminescence Fun! - Gabriel was a great driver/guide. Our kayak guide Juan was also fantastic and very informative. We had an awesome time and would recommend.

Magical evening! - Incredible evening on the last day of 2023. The night was magical with a gorgeous setting on the water. The bioluminescent water was so beautiful and we saw so many stars out there on the water alone. The guides were so lovely and we felt taken care from the moment we were picked up in Santa Teresa through to the moment we were returned home. I would strongly recommend!

The Best! - Gabriel was knowledgable, fun and hospitable and a lifeguard trained in ocean rescue so you know you are in good hands. Great time!

Amazing Experience! - We went on this experience 1/13 with Jesse and Gabriel. I have a disability and my husband came with. They were so gracious, so accommodating. I’ve been kayaking before but this was top of the line! We saw some sea turtles, some fish. We had coconuts to help us hydrate. The photos were amazing. I’d you’re in Santa Teresa please go kayaking with this vendor! Jesse knew her history, made recommendations and at the end we had amazing organic fruit from the island! Amazing!

Curated an great experience for beginner kayak lovers - This duo is super experienced, compassionate and kind. We felt at ease with them guiding us along the way. We would do this again.

Amazing Tour! - I’m local and this was such a unique and beautiful experience that took me out of my routine. I highly recommend doing this tour! Gabriel and Jess are super professional and fun to hang out with. They also offer fruit and coconuts in the middle of the tour. A nice detail. Thank you guys for such a fun day! Next time I’m going to try the snorkeling tour :)

Possible Fraud - beware - Fraud - beware We booked with this company and were looking forward to it immensely. We were provided with a confirmation within 48 hours prior to the excursion and walked the 40 minutes to the meeting place as indicated. We arrived 15 minutes early for our 5:00pm tour.  The tour company never showed up. I could find no storefront and the other businesses nearby had no idea who this company was.  I attempted to call the numbers provided (confirmed on google) and was met with a not in service message.  I then tried to add the company on WhatsApp (as many businesses seem to communicate this way) using the same number but the app stated they did not have an account.  We waited about 30 minutes in the dust and heat on a busy street corner, but they never showed.  Later, they claimed they sent messages to change the pickup time to 4:00pm to one of our group members via WhatsApp messenger, but the alleged message was never received. They have a screenshot that says it was delivered but never read on our end. When our group member tried to communicate through TripAdvisor to rectify the situation the company was completely unapologetic and while they admitted they had issues with their phone number not working they refused to admit any responsibility and blamed our group for not reaching out on the same day to confirm things (even though they had sent our confirmation 48 hours in advance and charged our credit card).  I would strongly warn anyone from using this company! 

The biggest fraud/scam company ever!!!! - That company is a complete fraud. Within less than 24 hours of the departure time, the company claimed they send us a message unilaterally changing the pick up time to one hour earlier. We did not receive the message they allegedly sent us. We showed up to the meeting point 15 minutes in advance of the only confirmation message received from them and we waited for over 45 minutes. No one from the company showed up. While waiting we tried to contact the company unsuccessfully. They were not responding to the message we sent on TripAdvisor and nobody was answering the phone number that appeared on the confirmation email they had sent us with our tickets. We even tried to use WhatsApp and we got the message that they did not have a WhatsApp account. It is only later that same night that someone from the company finally responded to our messages telling us it was our fault if we missed the pick up time and that they could not do anything for us. They are currently refusing to refund us our money because they say our cancellation request did not meet their policy. We DID NOT cancel the tour. THEY did not respect the pick up time they sent us in the confirmation email sent to us 48 hours before our tour. Bottom line: this company is a complete fraud. They did not contact us to change the pick up as they claim they did. And even if they had (which they did not - they are lying) they are the one making unilateral changes less than 24 hours before the confirmed departure time. They are the one changing the time contrary to their policy who requires 48 hours notice. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. You will get scammed.

Don't do it!! - Yikes!! So this 40min tour happens 1.5 hours from Santa Teresa, meaning 3hours of travel in a run down school bus with no working seat belts or AC. What was most frustrating was that they don't provide accurate information in advance. When trying to coordinate, we were told in advance the entire trip from pick up to drop off would take 1.5 hours. I even specifically asked when can we expect to be dropped off after and they were wrong by ** many hours ** (!!!). We (and the others on the tour who we had just met) were very frustrated by the experience and this company's poor communication. When we expressed our frustration and let the tour company know what had happened (maybe they have never taken the tour and are third party sub contractors) they blamed it on a language barrier and refused to take the feedback or show how they will improve for future clients. That, to me, is a sign of a terrible business. Work with these folks at your own risk. Very dangerous and unprofessional all around. Do not recommend.

Buyer beware! This is not what is advertised - Buyer beware! I was super stoked about this experience but it fell short in my regards. Firstly, this is marketed as a Santa Teresa experience and it is not. It takes 1.5 hours to get to the drop off. We were told to arrive at 6pm and were told that we would be home at 9pm. This is important as we had a babysitter and needed to be home by 9. As stated previously, it turned out the drive from Santa Teresa was 1.5 hours each way, so there was no way we could be back by 9pm if we left by 6. The tour operator knew this and falsely communicated this info to us. Secondly, the van they put us in had no lights, no AC and no seatbelts. This wasn't the safest part of the experience but whatever, Pura vida baby. Most importantly, the experience fell very short of expectations set by this company's photos. You expect overwhelming blue waves of plankton. That was very far from the case as it was just some twinkles in the water. It was cool, don't get me wrong, but very far from the photos they sell you on. Lastly, when we related the issues of communication on the drive with the tour operator they were not apologetic in the least but and instead brushed us off, passed the blame to someone else and then ghosted us. I highly recommend staying away from this experience.
