Great but long day trip - Great day trip that allowed us to explore a different part of Costa Rica. We were able to see the highlights of the La Fortuna area, including Fortuna waterfall, Arenal Volcano, and the hot springs. Just keep in mind this is a long day. We left at about 6:15am and didn’t get back until about 10:30pm. However, the bus is comfortable enough and is air conditioned

10/10 - The trip started off with us meeting at a hotel for pick up. Harlem was very good at communicating to us via phone call that he would be a few minutes late due to others in our party running late. We then we went to a coffee field /tour. Gorgeous views at the coffee field. I highly recommend getting the strawberry juice. We were served empanadas as well. Delicious! We then set off on our journey to the volanoes. The ride didnt seem long because we had many stops. Harlem our tour guide kept our bellies full and kept us hydrated throughout the entire trip. We stopped several times to see various waterfalls and anomals too. Harlem has a very fancy professional camera. He takes photos throughout the trip and sends the photos COMPLIMENTARY through whatsapp at the end of the trip. MOST TOUR GUIDES DO NOT DO THIS. His photos are GORGEOUS. 100x better than the photos i took. Harlem is personable and kind as well. During our trip while ziplinning someone in my party injured their hand. Harlem went above and beyond to get us a ridde to the clinic for xrays and medical attention. He then scheduled us another ride back to meet back up with our party on the trip. The clinic took about 1 hour. Super fast and accommodating. Harlem really went above and beyond to make sure we were take care of. The hot springs were absolutely gorgeous! Remember to being sneakers for the zip linning. Also remember that for zip linning you should have a long shirt on. This is so the harness doesnt irritate your skin. No fanny packs allowed while zip linning. If you want to bring a cell phone you need a protective plastic waterproof case that hangs around your neck (bring ur own). Its tough to record the zip linning. And very dangerous to touch ur phone while zip linning. I suggest hanging the phone from your neck and pressing the record button. Do not try to touch your phone while zip linning! The restaurants were VERY good . Harlem was sure to give us all the tips and tricks. INCLUDING telling us which gift shops were most affordable to buy from. Harlems english is also very good. This guy deserves a generous tip at the end of the trip. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR.

Arenal Volcano - The places and views were incredible, the guides were very friendly and patient. During the tour, different very exotic fauna and flora were observed.

Amazing - Amazing trip Harlem and Will took great care of us . We saw so much wild life ! The zip line and hot springs were incredible 10/10 experience would recommend to everyone

A must do if you are in Costa Rica - Exactly what advertised. They were late to pick us up because of traffic. The tours were great. Informative and fun. The zipline was the highlight and the guides were very cautious and professional. The meals were excellent and enough to satisfy our appetite. It is a very long day to be prepared for. 6:30 am to 10 pm. The van was comfortable and we had a safe driver and Oscar was a great guide.

Wonderful and Convenient for Solo Travel - My tour guide Harlem and driver Alex made this experience incredible. We were consistently on schedule and he provided great facts and recommendations throughout the tour. The stairs to the waterfall and the rocky Arenal hike were challenging for me as I’m not an avid hiker but it was manageable at a slow pace and Harlem made sure to check on the entire as activity level varied. Lunch and dinner were average but it was really nice to experience some local spots and it is difficult to manage large groups with multiple tours. Highly recommended just be prepared for a long day driving, pack some snacks and lots of water but you really can’t beat the convenience of being picked up and dropped off and navigating the busy Costa Rican roads.

Weekend Holiday with Friends - Oscar was an amazing host!! The ride was looooong - make sure your devices are charged and you are prepared for long day. But it was so worth it! The views were breathtaking! The 450 steps to the waterfall were worth every step. The walk back up is brutal but doesn’t make you regret the experience LOL Oscar was patient, accommodating and very kind. Would book again if I returned with another group.
