Magestic experience and well organised - Amazing experience! Carlos and his crew took very good care of us. The driver picked us up at the Hotel in Playa del Carmen early in the morning and dropped us off in the harbour of Cancun. Carlos gave a lot of information about the whale sharks and the tour. We sailed into the open sea with a group of 10 people. We could swim with the whale sharks when it was our turn. It was organised very well with the other boats. They were constantly communicating where the sharks were at and whose turn it was to swim with them. Next to that, they had food and drinks on the boat. After the tour, we went to Isla Mujeres for a lunch break. The chef and the captain prepared a fresh lunch for us while we could enjoy the shallow waters and beach of Isla Mujeres. I've booked it online a while ago and they were immediately in touch via WhatsApp with us. What a beautiful experience and I will totally recommend this agency to book your tour with Carlos and his crew!
