Great experience - Excellent short getaway to Isla Mujeres with a ride from hotel zone, welcoming crew members, good music and an awesome sunset. I was little hesitant to go on this ride with an infant but ultimately it’s worth it. Highly recommend it

The sunset catamaran... - The sunset catamaran cruise is a wonderful experience with a vibrant and lively crew. The journey to Isla Mujeres offers stunning views, with an option to jump into the sea (with life jackets) at a later point. The island of Isla Mujeres is quite lively at night and I just wish we had more time to explore the downtown. Otherwise we had a great time thanks to the hospitality of the captain and his crew.

Honeymoon Cruise to Isla Mujeres - The staff were absolutely Amazing! I was quite unsteady and not surefooted on the catamaran at all, but I always had a hand available to me wherever I went! When we reached Isla Mujeres, Willy and the staff made sure to prepare us for....less honest merchants, and to give us directions on the best places to see. On the way back we stopped to swim in the ocean. I am a plus-sized woman and was really uncertain about getting off the catamaran to swim, not wanting the "fat girl experience" of trying to get back on. I didn't have to worry at all! They treated me Exactly the same as every other person getting back on. Willy was so much fun, so entertaining and engaging. We had a smaller group as there was a storm a couple of hours before, so he was able to give us a more personal experience. 10/10 would recommend again!

Perfect end to our trip - We had such a great time, from the music, all the staff's energy, the instruments played, the views, and being able to spend time swimming at Isla Mujeres. It was the perfect end to our trip and a beautiful sunset. Make sure to have extra cash on you perhaps you want a digital copy of the pictures they take of you.

Great staff and ride just would’ve preferred more time on the island. - Great staff and boat ride! Would’ve preferred to have more time on the island rather than a long ride back. The onboard entertainment was good but had some over served patrons on the way back. The photographer that took photos never gave us an option to access/purchase them.

Cruise and crew were awesome, but watch out for the transportation - The cruise and crew were both awesome. But the transportation and communication was horrendous. I was never told beforehand what the transportation cost would be until I went to check in and then was shocked when they told me $60. They went to the wrong hotel to pick us up so they were 20 minutes late in pickup. Then it took 2 hours to get there and one and a half hours to get back. Then on top of that they jammed us in to a van and I was actually in pain because the van was so small and crowded that you couldn't even breathe. The transportation was an absolute horrendous experience. Unless you can get there on your own for the cruise I would not recommend taking their transportation.

Beware of Hidden Fees - We were not informed of the additional transportation fee that is separate from the cost of the trip and the dock fee. This is the last time I book anything with Trip Advisor

Never Again - Don’t book this excursion. We booked this and read the details and the first thing that we saw is that there would be an additional fee if the hotel was not in the hotel zone or within their pickup area. As we were booking we typed in our hotel and there it was so we were happy and thought that we were within their pickup area. Well to our surprise we were not and were charged an additional $30 per person at the port (but I will get to that later). In addition, after booking make sure you reconfirm. This means call the local number to see what time you will be picked up. When we called we were told we’d be picked up 2.5 hours before the cruise departed. More false advertising based on what’s in the description when you book. We were picked up on time and made it to the port early. When we got there I was told I’d have to pay an additional $90 from our booking. $60 for traveling and $15 each for the port fee. I asked the guy at the pay area what forms of payment he took he said cash only. I thought that’s odd. How many people would come with $90 cash for an unexpected fee like this. So I paid him anyway and waited to get on the catamaran. As I waited more people showed up from different busses and I watched them pay. I saw them pay with credit cards. I asked one of the patrons and they told me they were going on our same excursion. So I went back up and asked for my cash back and asked to pay with my credit card. The shady guy tried to charge me a 16% credit card fee when he hadn’t charged anyone else a fee. Nevertheless we boarded the ship. The ride started off immediately bumpy as the sea was a bit wavy and it was overcast. As I looked to the West I saw a huge storm rolling in and I thought to myself we probably shouldn’t be out in this. I was right. 5 minutes later the storm was on us. I don’t think I’ve ever been as nervous in a boat before. The crew thought it was hilarious and even decided to play the Titanic song. A few minutes later they were scrambling to keep the boat upright as wind caused things from the bar to fly everywhere and hit customers with debris. 10 minutes later after seeing my life flash before my eyes the captain says we are not clear for any water activity and we have to turn around. You don’t say! They refunded the dubious travel and port fee when we returned and the company refunded the excursion cost.
