Very nice motorboat cruise - Cruise with 3 stops at Murano, Burano & Tircello. Commentary by the guide in English, French, Spanish and Italian covering most interesting pieces of information and history. Great half day tour for the whole family covering glass artefact making demonstration, brief halts to view the towns and take pictures and enjoy.

Good Value for the Money - Ticket booth directions:Go left off St Marks Square at the waterfront. The ticket booth is at the YELLOW desk just over the first bridge. The tour itself is a good way to see Burano and Torchello islands. At Murano island you'll just see a glass factory with no opportunity to visit the rest of the island. The demonstration was absolutely amazing though - seeing how they transform a ball of glass into an animal in less than 2 mins. The boat ride was smooth, not crowded and had a top and bottom deck. The ride is narrated but it would be better to know Italian..lol. You have time on Burano and Torchella to get stuff and eat. For the price this was good value for money.

Fantastic - This is the second time I was doing this tour and we loved it. The only thing is that we left out Torcello (it bored us the last time we went) and spent more time on Burano, we got back on our own which turned out fine, we are in love with Burano and my Mom got to see the glass blowing demonstration - in Murano something she has always wanted to see

Venice lagoon islands. - Good excursion but only 40 minutes at each island was not enough time to appreciate the experience. Did only have time for a quick lunch on Torcello and did not get into the town!

Venice Boat Trip - The trip felt rushed - perhaps one less island in the same time. We'd have missed out Torcello and just visited the other two to have more time.

way too fast no time on the islands - staff is great, easy to meet but you only spend what feels like a few minutes on each island by the time you walk from the dock to town. it's really too fast. at the end my daughter said I really don't remember a single island, it's all one island running for a boat. there isn't even time to get a snack. I would like to see these islands and not feel like I have 10 minutes.

4 - Hour Motorboat cruise - The cruise was fair. Not enough time on each island. Very rushed but overall it was a good experience.

Needs a better tour guide! - The tour guide walked our large group from the pickup point to the boat through the busy street near San Marco and not once did she stop or turn to check if everybody in the group (particularly kids, parents with baby strollers and the old) were keeping pace. While on the cruise she spoke in three different languages which made for a dreary experience. Be prepared to turn into explorers during the short 45 minute stops at Burano and Torcello as you are abandoned with very little information. A better tour guide could've, would've, should've saved the day.

Can’t recommend, but if you go, here is the story - First of all, instead of motorboat, think small ship, with you and about 100 strangers. The boat is, however, clean and well cared for. No refreshments, but there is a WC. The guide points out several sites along the way but because of the group, must do so in 4 languages. She is not giving a lot of detail, and the sound system is poor. When you get to Murano, you actually land at one the workshops. You go in and are treated to a 10 minute demo of glass creating that is very impressive. You then can go to the factory store, but there is no time to visit any other store or the island itself. You then reboard and go to Burano. While you nominally have 40 minutes, by the time you get off the ship and into the pretty town center, you’ve used almost 10 minutes. You have time for a short walk and possibly the purchase of a bottle of water before you need to return to the ship. After being warned about punctuality several times, I must note that the crew was 5 minutes late. Torcello is another pretty small island with two beautiful churches of note. Forty minutes was just enough time to go to the churches, stand in line to pay 5 Euro, and get back to the boat. The crew was not as late this time. Understand that you cannot get back on the boat until the crew returns. On the way back to our starting place, the guide provided no comments. With 20:20 hindsight, we should have taken public transportation.

Murano, Burano & Torchello boat trip - Given limited info by the tour team who couldn’t care less whether you made it back to the boat on time or not, and no loos on board. It’s a long trip to have no facilities. Glass factory was just a money making exercise on both sides with no opportunity to explore the island itself.
