Small island but superb, Caribbean beauty - Magnificent views of the sea and mountains!!! Opportunity to swim in clean turquoise water, to snorkel and admire the marine beauty and colorful fauna. Well organized and staff (guide, captain and others) really nice. I highly recommend it!

10/10 recommend - So nice. Guide was amazing at explaining Dominican history and where we were. The waters are crystal clear and recommend you do the snorkeling with the guide. I would say take some cash so you can tip by service since that’s where their main source of income is from. If you are going with you her children the waters do get choppy on the way back so maybe opt for the catamaran. But I think the speed boat was sooo much fun. On the way back we stopped and bought some souvenirs that once we got to our hotel we forget. In a couple of bourse I had communicating this and they had found our bag and are returning it to us. 10/10

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! - Be prepared for about a 2 hour bus ride to and from, but otherwise we had a great day. It was very cool to be on a tiny sand bar drinking rum and eating fresh fruit after snorkeling.

Paradise!!! - An amazing and educational trip. Matias and Giuseppe were great. The ride was long but well worth it. We had drinks and fruits once we got to Cayo Arena. Matias did a great job taking photos and videos of me and my partner. An unforgettable experience.

Must do if in northern DR.. get an air bnb if in punta cana and rent a car up.. it was fabulous - Snorkeling was better there than the scuba diving we did. The island .. hut.. photos... video... worth the price... city tour.. tobacco making.. lunch.. drinks.. was one of the best days there

Used the local baats and avoided the rush - We did not take the regular ferry, right in front of the Villa Rosa Hotel there are local coxains that will take you there before the ferry. We left at 0800 and had the island to ourselves for 90 mins before the big boats show up. It was less expensive 3500 pesos for two people and the baots provided snorkle gear.

Do not book the paradise island tour!! - After being on the bus for three hours and finding out that the Navi did not give clearance for the boat to take us to Paradise Island and having to take the bus back to resort for another 3 hours - it was a waste of a day!! Save your money and time and don’t do this tour!! Also they told us that the island has shrunk by 30 percent and many tour boats go which means there is not much room for everyone and no bathrooms you are on island for 2.5 hours.
