Friendly, & Knowledgable Tour Guides - What a great and easy trip to the hidden beach! Our tour guides not only knew all of the great spots but were absolute photographic geniuses with our iPhones! Well done! Would recommend again!

Hidden Beach and Humpback Whales. - We had a great trip to the hidden beach. After leaving Punta De Mita harbour we saw 3 Humpback Whales, then swam into the hidden beach through a small opening in the rock face. Being inside this crater beach was spectacular. Our boat captain and guide were awesome and we felt safe travelling with them. After a guided snorkel session we headed back home and met the Humback whales breaching in front of us. A great trip with a great company and employees.

This is a must see!! - My husband and I chose the hidden beach tour after seeing the amazing photos and reviews from other people and we are soooo glad we did. Ended up it was just the two of us, so we had a private tour 💙 Eddie was our captain and Daniel was our guide. Both were so sweet! Eddie made sure the trip to the island was smooth and comfortable , pointing out the birds and fish along the way (we saw many blue footed boobies ) Once we got to our snorkeling spot, Daniel was so sweet and offered me a ring to hold onto as he guided us to where the fish were. I’m not a super strong swimmer and hadn’t snorkeled in years, so having Daniel there by my side was very much appreciated. From there we went to the hidden beach. Again Daniel guided us into the beach, and took amazing pictures for us. We spent 20 minutes completely alone on the beach ❤️ After that, it was off in search of whales 🐳🐳🐳 Eddie found us a baby and mama whale, flanked by two huge males , and we followed them for a good while before returning back. All in all, an amazing time, and would definitely recommend this company!

Unique - Experience was unique! Went with my girlfriend and had the hidden beach for ourselves! The only bad thing is that the authorities only let you be there for certain time, and has nothing to do with the tour company. Of course we would’ve enjoyed being there for longer, it’s so amazing

Wonderful tour and saw lots of whales! - Our tour was great. There was only 4 people including us on the tour so got the flexibility to customize our tour a bit to do more whale watching than snorkeling. We went on a Sunday and there were not too many people. Only saw one other group out when we went. Tour was less than 3 hours which was perfect for us as no bathroom on the boat (we weren't expecting one...lol) They give you a floatation device and hamlet to protect your head for the swim through the cave to the hidden beach. We saw tones of birds, dolphins and WHALES which I was thrilled about. I felt very safe swimming through the cave with our tour guide and they take lots of pro-cautions to preserve the coral reef. If you decide to go you cannot wear footwear orsurf shirt – only your bathing suite. I recommend purchasing a reef safe sunscreen and applying it before the boat ride as you cannot reapply sunscreen once on the boat. I would highly recommend this tour over the MEGA Yacht ones as you see more and get a better experience. Lots of places in Punta Mita to go for a beverage/lunch after the tour.

100 percent recommended - We booked this tour through Viator but would book them directly if we were to return. Carlos was a great captain, and Daniel was a great guide, pointing out various fish during snorkeling and guiding us on our swim through choppy waters to both Hidden Beach and one other beautiful beach. He even transported our cell phones for us to capture the experience. We didn't book a private tour but ended up being the only people on the boat. It was great that there was no minimum party size and made for a wonderful morning.

Amazing! - An experience of a lifetime! For sure! Highly recommended! First of all, the boat is just a boat. The captain and tour guide are amazing, helpful, caring. I'm a bit afraid of the sea. For good reason. Sharks... Carlos the captain was very understanding. As we approached the "long island" and I said, I am too afraid to swim that far. I am happy here", he said, thats ok. made small talk soon my husband and Daniel the "tour guide" came and said I had to come & see.... So I did. I got in and snorkeled where we were far from shore. Daniel had a life preserver that he pulled and I held onto. I felt much safer with that. I saw beautiful fish. After that, we went back to the "hidden beach", what we came for. They pretty much are like, here is your helmet, life jacket, jump in. so, you jump in, and swim to the hidden beach. We saw a large dead bird in the water, and large rocks to avoid. You go under a cliff, tunnel, almost like a cenote kind of a thing. and yes, I hit my head on the "rock above": good thing for the helmet. After that you enter the hidden beach. Words cannot say how beautiful this was and how amazing and wonderful this was. A volcanic island, hidden beach that is only available for an hr and then gone, and then available for an hour.... You need to see this. It is only able to be seen by a tour guide. and Carlos and Daniel are the only tour guides that I would want to see it with. I felt safe and cared for.

Absolutely amazing! - We booked our trip online with Sharks Tour Punta Mita. We arrived early and were taken out early by Eddie (boat captain) and Daniel (guide). Both made this excursion AMAZING! They took us to the hidden beach where Daniel assisted us swimming into the beach. Daniel was amazing at capturing photos of us inside the beach that we will cherish the rest of our lives. Once back on the boat Eddie expertly navigated us to see numerous whales in the open ocean. These two made this a once in a lifetime experience! Gracias Daniel and Eddie!

Hidden Beach - The trip was really memorable and fun. Kids loved the speed boat and the snorkeling. It was their first time snorkeling and they felt very safe and comfortable with the guide who was really helpful. The swim to the hidden beach was a little scary but it was worth going there. We had a lot of fun on this trip and got to see some whales too. Really recommend this place and the tour guide.

A memorable swim in a unique place - A memorable tour. We didn't get the whale watching I read about in some other reviews, and the snorkeling was just mediocre compared with many other locations we've been to, but the hidden beach swim and photo op was worth the price of admission.
