great tour for families- monkey land - We were picked up at our hotel resort by Angel and his driver(sorry can not remember drivers name). Agnel was very nice and said we could ask him any questions about the Dominican. He was great and told us about life there and just things we would not have thougth about. Our tour was also very good from start to finish. This is a great tour to do with family that have kids, they will love the monkeys. I would recommend anyone to take the tour and hope you get Angel as your guide.

Best excursion ever! - Zip lining was phenomenal, better than any we’ve before in Mexico. Guides were extremely thorough. Monkeys at Monkey Land are so amazing and fun!! They were so gentle! Coffee and cocoa demonstration was great! We even had an unexpected lunch! Would highly recommend this excursion!!! Traveled with friends. Our ages are 67-71. Had a blast.!!

Absolutely must! - The workers were absolutely wonderful! The view was breathtaking. Definitely recommended! Most of the workers spoke very good English and were there the whole time to make sure safety was a number 1 priority. The monkeys were adorable! Despite what we heard ahead of time - the monkeys there have it MADE! They get fed every hour and have a very special relationship with the workers. They are able to run and jump freely and they have water for them ALL over the property. It was such an amazing experience!

SO MUCH FUN!!!! - First of all, this location is absolutely beautiful!!! It's breathtaking. We had SO MUCH FUN!! The people are all so nice and are there to help you all the way! The monkeys were absolutely adorable and VERY well taken care of. Could not have asked for a better trip!

Monkeyland for the win - Amazing views in the mountains! The monkey experience was incredible and our guide Ruddy was absolutely phenomenal! Definitely recommend this excursion

Monkey land and zip line - We did the zip line and monkey land. That first time zip lining. I was very nervous, but they explained things well and made me feel comfortable. I had a blast. I would do that again! Then we went to monkey land. Our guides were Hamlet and Sergio. They were awesome. They informed us about the monkeys and did a good job of making sure we all got a chance to feed them and to get monkeys to hop on us. The monkeys are really tiny and adorable! Great trip if you’re in Punta Cana!

Amazing Experience with excursion, awful experience with transport - Incredible experience! the ziplines are absolutely thrilling with gorgeous scenery . The monkeys were unbelievably cute and it was so much fun to have them jump on us . I didn't let it affect my review but we did have a demeaning experience on the return. We asked the leader, who was holding the list of hotels/busses, which bus for Zoetry Agua. He directed us to a bus. We got on that bus and when the driver asked where we were going and we told him Zoetry Agua, he said it was the wrong bus and told us to get off. We went back to the director and he said "o no, you are supposed to be on that other bus" and pointed us to another bus. We went there and said our hotel name again and they said Yes. We got on and then no buses left for quite some time and then a guide jumped on and asked if we were going to Zoetry. We said yes and he said we were on wrong bus and brought us back to the first bus. The guide on that bus then scolded us on board in front of everyone saying we were holding everything up and he was looking for us saying 'zoetry zoetry' and we were not asking. I have no idea of where he was doing this because neither me nor my grown children heard or saw him and he said "it's an expensive cab ride to your hotel" . This was not OUR fault. It was their fault so to berate us was incredibly disrespectful. THAT SAID, the excursion it self was AMAZING and we had a wonderful time . The staff was very warm and friendly and helpful and the views were surreal

Fun adventure - Zip lines were very fun and so were the monkeys. Pick up was very disorganized and late, and it took forever to get ahold of someone (texting worked finally)

Zipline and Monkeyland - Pros - Overall it was great to be able to do a variety of activities throughout the day and get to experience a bit of Dominican culture. Our tour guide Amado was certainly a bright spot of the trip offering lots of great information along the about the Dominican that was both informative and engaging. Monkeys were very fun to interact with and were without question the best part of the day. The crew was sure to make sure that each group was able to interact with them as they climb all over your arms and head. Everyone seemed to really enjoy things from the kids to the adults. The monkeys all seemed very well cared for and clean. It was fun learning about the Dominican culture and food through the sampling exercise. This was a bright spot as it was very informative compared to just being a sales pitch to buy their products. Zipline course had a full safety briefing and felt like we were in good hands and felt safe throughout the experience. There are a total of 12 ziplines throughout the course with the first several being "beginner" lines and ending with the longest and fastest. There were a few people in our group that did get stuck, not sure if this was due to the weather (it was fairly windy and rainy). Having done several other ziplines in the past this isn't something that we had experienced before. Cons - There is a fair amount of waiting around prior to during activities making for a fairly long day. We took the afternoon trip leaving around 10am and arrived back at our hotel a little after 6pm. Though this does align with the time outlined on the information it would have been nice to spend more time on the activities instead of waiting on the bus or between the events. We spent probably 45 mins on the bus picking up other guests from hotels, waiting 15 mins at the reconvene point (gas station basically) and then 45 mins to go up the mountain. Since there are multiple different types of events happening Ziplines, Buggies, Monkeyland, combination of items there are multiple groups switching guides throughout the time which seemed to lead to confusion and additional time and coordination to ensure that everyone was where they were supposed to be. It seemed as though with the zip lines the goal was to push you through the course as quickly as possible leaving little time to enjoy the atmosphere or views from the zipline towers. Additional variety would have been nice as in the past we have been able to do things like bridge walks, rock climbing, two person lines in addition just the lines here.
