Great Time at Bavaro Adventure Park! - I truly had an amazing experience today! Andres Jean, our tour guide today, was great! 1000/10, he made our experience enjoyable! Also, the authentic Dominican food was splendid!

Great - Rooby was great! We had a lot of fun and there was plenty of activity’s to choose from and do. Go!!!

Once in a lifetime experience - Leonardo was super sweet and such a help with the shuttles and listening to our experience at Bavaro Adventure Park! We had a blast ziplining, seeing the cenote, and the waterfall park! Would definitely come back to this wonderful place!

Ziplin experience at Bávaro Adventure park. - It was a great experience. Close to resort. Employees were friendly and helpful. Rooby was great guiding us and zipline employees: Carlos, Juan, Michael, Alejandro were very friendly. Thank you.

Fun half-day with Highschool group - Spent the morning here with 16 kids on a Highschool trip from Texas. Zipline was fun, and we also swam and saw the recreated finca/village from the 1980s. The staff here was kind and professional. Highly recommended!

Goal - It was an amazing experience and the service provided is remarquable and my guide Andres really do good

Great for families - The ziplines, waterfall, villiage, and cenote were awesome. Our guide, (Andres) went above and beyond to take us wherever we wanted to go and gave very helpful information.

Great for first time zip liners - This was our first time zip lining so I think that was a plus. If you are an experienced zip liner then I would look elsewhere. I did enjoy the use of the pool afterwards and we got free Dominican lunch.

Staff is extremely nice & friendly but… - Eh, I would not really reccomend this. Everyone is really nice and friendly, but the place is just… not really taken care of/lack of “attention to detail.” For the zip line - you get to go on 6 different (short) zips and then the last one ends in a little rectangular pool before you immediately get out. We paid for our own taxi to leave back to our resort after, rather than waiting the 3 hours for their transportation. If you’re just looking for a totally random / change of scenery from your resort and want to zip line, then sure it’s cool, but the lazy river pool/waterfall pool is not well maintained and has debris and such in it, so you’ll likely enjoy your resort ones more. Also, they charge for towels (5$ each) and lockers (6$) and for any snacks ($8 for a small bag of chips), so maybe either bring your own towel and snacks or bring cash for that.

Choose elsewhere until improvements are made - I’ve done zip lining and excursions all over Mexico and the Caribbean, and this was probably the poorest experience yet. The zip lining was fun but a short course for the money. You aren’t allowed to take a phone or camera and pretty much forced to buy photos if you want them. The photo packages were also the highest I’ve seen on excursions. The park is large and there were not enough signs. My young kids and I walked in circles many times because we couldn’t find our way. There was horse manure on the walking path to the cenote. The included lunch was okay but a very long wait. The return transportation was awful, the worst I’ve experienced. You’re assigned a time and then wait for the bus number. The bus stop as packed shoulder to shoulder. We waited a long time and all buses left at once. There were a lot of unhappy people. As a travel professional, I cannot recommend this. I hope my comments will be taken into consideration for improvement.
