Great Snorkel trip! - Great snorkel trip on "Happy Fish". Staff members were excellent. Motored to two separate places, had drinks and fresh fruit, chips and dip. Good transportation from and back to hotel. Would recommend.

Awesome Experience - Amazing tour guides, charming, spoke great English, lots of fun. Food was great, choice of beach was great. They deserve a raise.

Fish Sight Seeing - The fish were outstanding. They circle around you, very cool. Luis was fanominal. Excellent atmosphere. It was a great time.

Snorkeling made easy and fun - My wife and I along with another couple went snorkeling at our resort with @Francis as our guide. He showed our friends new to snorkeling how the equipment works and gave us a great tour, pointing out undersea wonders along the way. The currents were strong that day but we had a great time.

Amazing snorkeling experience - Amazing. The sales guy, land crew, and the boat crew were all so professional and service oriented. They took care of all 15 of us; older, young adults, teens, children, and a family be year old. We had a wonderful time and amazing experience. The snorkeling was out of this world.

Half day diving - Great time diving with Sea Pro. I did a reef dive with Wilson and Juan Carlo but he excellent divers and helpful. Was treated like extended dive family. Booking was easy Katarina helped me handle this like a pro. I did all forms and waivers online. She was responsive to a few questions I had through email and great to talk to on the phone. I highly recommend this crew. They really know what they are doing. Can’t wait to see them again.

SeaPro-Impressive and Kind Staff (Yobri Anderson, Alfredo Hidalgo, and Victor Santana) - We recently returned from a family vacation from the Dominican Republic and had a wonderful experience with SeaPro. We stayed at Flora Dreams and worked with Yobri Anderson, Alfredo Hidalgo, and Victor Santana at the SeaPro desk on our hotel's beach. We booked last minute and they accommodated us so our family of 5 could have a private snorkel trip. Both Your and Alfredo were fantastic--very personable, kind and knowledgeable. They were very attentive and got everything set for us. Our boat captain, Victor was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help our three children see as much as possible when snorkeling. He was in the water with us, leading us around the entire time. While on the trip, towards the very end our son accidentally got his finger shut in the boat's bathroom door. Victor was phenomenal in handling this. He immediately tended to him with a first aid kit; radioed back to Yobri and Alfredo back on shore to let them know. When we landed the three of them helped get our son off the boat and to get medical care. They stayed with us the entire time, helping to translate and take care of all the logistics. We were blown away at how caring and attentive they were. We would highly recommend SeaPro, but specifically ant to recognize Yobri Anderson, Alfredo Hidalgo and Victor Santana for making the experience such a great one.

Friendly and well looked after - Really friendly and helpful team. We all enjoyed the snorkelling. Was a lovely experience to share with friends and family.

Great fun - Great experience directly from the beach of our hotel (Dreams Flora). Decent price for 8 of us to do the snorkelling, see the sealife and a little bit of party life. Simon, the sales guy and the entire crew were great. Only downside (and I am sure this is true for all companies) is that it is all a bit fake. Lots of fish in snorkelling, but because they are fed bread. The dolphins, sealions and sting rays were part of an enclosure for a local show. The party area is just a bunch of boats groiped together with loud music. Don’t get me wrong - lots of fun, supported by lots of cerveza!

HORRIBLY UNSAFE SCAM - I wish I could give zero stars. This was the most unapologetically unsafe “tour” I could imagine, and the most dangerous scam I have ever witnessed. Told there would be 15 people on the boat, there was over 40. About 15 children and only 5-6 life jackets in various states of disrepair. For the 25 adults, approximately the 6-7 life jackets, most were torn or had broken buckles, etc. If the boat had sank, less than a third would have survived. There were approximately 8 goggles to share for 40 people, and at least 1/2 were broken. I counted 3 snorkel’s and 1 set of flippers (all to share with 40 people.) Instead of a reef, we were brought yo a bed of sea grass on 8’ of water with a couple 4” fish. Basically those who went in the water struggled against the tide for a couple minutes and quickly exited. No head count, total disregard for safety. I literally have no idea if swimmers were left in the water. Whatever you do, save yourself and family from this unsafe outfit.
