Atv trip - We ended up doing the 4 wheelers and atvs and our guide (Charley) was great and showed us a great time!

Best Tour in Punta cana - The drop of from hotel was exacly on time. We startet with the bananaboard first. Was a lot of fun! Then we went snorceling. IT was a wonderful adventure. The Guides we're all really Kind an always thinking about our safty. The last thing we did was with a ray and then we swam in a pool with two sharks. Food and drink were us boat offered. From me this adventure gets 5 out of 5 points, especially because the guides took pictures and sent them on without us paying extra.

Sharks, Stingray and Speedboat - The pick up from our Hotel was smoothly and once we received, we started with a banana boat tour which we enjoyed a lot (I love it and I will do it again). After the banana boat tour we went with the Speedboat to a place for snorkling and it was really nice we saw a lot of various fishes and small stingrays. After Snorkling we went to the sharks and stingray where we tried to catch a stingray. Our guide caught one we did pictures with the stingray and stroke it to feel how it is :) After the stingrays we were swimming with the Sharks and the guide catched one which we stroke. Our guide went with us after the tour to a ressort where we enjoyed for 20 min the pool for swimming. And finally we were marooned on our hotel with the speedboat. It was a really nice experience and I can recommend this to everyone!!

Disappointed - The customer service was great but the shark and stingray encounter was very disappointing. It only lasted about 20 minutes and my kids only got to put their heads underwater once to see the sharks. Moreover ther was only one stingray for about 20 people. The staff of the boat seemed to try to make up for the short encounter by taking us to the natural swimming pool which was fun but the actual wildlife encounter again was disappointing.

Banana boat ride is a lot... - Banana boat ride is a lot of fun- wear googles if you have them! The sharks and stingrays were underwhelming. Sharks were all lying in the corner and didnt move around in mid afternoon. We did some snorkeling as well, saw lots of fish.

Hi there - Staff were super amazing. I wish the snorkeling was in a more confined area if the ocean. It was a bit rocky and hard to snorkel. Also we never had the opportunity to do the banana boat which was advertised

The trip was very... - The trip was very unorganized. The operator wanted to cancel at the last minute and then called back to pick us up 2 hours later. We ended up having to cut our trip short to go on another excursion. The water with the sharks was dirty and the nurse sharks were huddled in a corner on the ocean floor and did not move. The presentation for the stingrays was really fun. The person did a great job.

Wouldn’t recommend - This is not what you call a shark or stingray encounter. Three sharks that stayed in a dark corner. 2 or 3 stingrays that stayed hidden in the sand. The best part was the little fish wanting the bread crumbs. Then you sit on the dock for hours bc there isn’t that much to do. Not worth $300 in my opinion.

If you want to party on the boat, you will have a good time - The crew is great but I would not take this tour again. Sharks and stingrays are kept in a terribly limited space, small pool constructed in the sea (3*3 meters or so) covered with the net. All 10 of us were running in that dusty pool (2-3m deep) see those poor creatures, who were hiding but they could not, of course. Stingrays usually have a poison in the end of their tale to protect themselves, but these ones were tale cut, it looked. Also the shark was big but without teeth. If I knew they keep them like that just to entertain tourists, I would never pay for this tour to support these activities, it is horribly irresponsible and these animals need to be released. I think this tour also need to have an age limit, as there was a loud music, alcohol and an adult party on the boat, which is fun, but not for kids. Snorkeling was was very limited, no corals, just a few fishes, I guess for people who did not see anything better, that is a great experience, but it was far away from the pictures on the add. This tour is more for people to party on the boat with drinks and music, but our primary goal was to experience the underwater world in Punta Cana

Way less than the $200 I paid for that. - It is not as advertised. They show a kid in the water with a ray and shark swimming in front of her. REAL DEAL - they have you jump in the water on a platform, squat down, stuff the ONLY ray into your hands, click a few quick photos and your off to the sharks. Swim 100 feet, keep looking for those sharks, get to the end and there they are sleeping it the corner on top of each other. Out of the area and go snorkeling a small reef. That was OK.
