Fun time - We had a great time. Guides were helpful. A lot of walking and walking on uneven ground but you are in the woods so expect that.

The best adventure park of the Caribbean! It have it all! adventure, zipline, rides, waterfalls, caves, cenotes - This is the best and most complete park in Punta Cana and the caribbean, no other park can compare to this one and we’ve been to all. A great day! Felt like a kid again. - This was such a fun day! I read a few of the negative reviews on here before going and was a little hesitant, but we had so much fun! It’s definitely a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes. The zip lines were great. The water attractions were a lot of fun. The buggy track was AWESOME. There was no one walking around taking pictures, which was disappointing at the end because we didn’t get many pictures. But we still had a great day. Staff were all very friendly. Lunch at the restaurant was yummy. 10/10 recommend!

Good day out - Lots to do, but you need water shoes, and they are $26 at the park, also you need to buy a locker key for $5, take a small padlock instead. The zip lines were good, especially the superman one, climbing also good lots of challenging obstacles. Food was limited $10 for a pizza$3 for a coke.

Way too expensive for whats available - I went here with my daughter, and we were dropped off at 9am and the pick up was 5pm. Way too long for the amount of things to do. First, the animal exhibit commercialized was incredibly misleading. There were maybe two or three monkeys that you couldn't interact with, only take a few pictures from far away and where you had no say in poses or anything of that sort. We barely saw the parrots, which were again only for a few pictures-which we arrived too late for, apparently. Although you're there for so long, there is only one set of picture times for both the animals. On top of that, the line was huge. The workers were rude, miserable, and made it obvious they didn't want to be there or help you. They don't acknowledge you and when you speak to them, they side eye their co-workers as if you're an alien. When taking the pictures, they yell at everybody who doesn't move fast enough or is trying to use their phone so that they can charge you more money for their pictures. The only nice worker we encountered was Luis the photographer. He was amazing and did a whole photoshoot with us. Since the animal exhibits are such a let down, there's really only the zip lines and two small water holes. Nobody tells you, but the Lagoon is a whole, long, painful hike with rocks and slippery areas. Its disappointing especially when you get there a see its a dirty, brownish-dark blue spot rather than the aqua-clear water it was advertised as. There's not much to do there at all. Just float. The other water fall area was a little more entertaining and cleaner, but still not much to do. Its also hard to swim because it's shallow and the deep end is used for the ziplining drop. In addition to the rude workers, the ones who tried to help really couldn't speak English at all. I was nervous to do the ziplining and bailed out because there's nobody to really teach or guide you. I felt relatively unsafe since I'm a novice. Theres not much food available, mainly barely refrigerated snacks, and all of it is overpriced--I'm talking ten dollars for a seltzer water. They charge you 5 dollars for a lock to your locker, with a literal solo key with no chain to go around your wrist or neck. So you either have to shove it in your bathing suit or water shoe to not carry it in hand or lose it throughout the day. Weirdly, they make you keep the key at the end. Overall, a big, costly disappointed for a way too long day. We ended up taking a taxi home early because we ran out of things to do. If you don't feel immediately comfortable with the zip lines, I wouldn't even brother trying.
