Fantastic Day Full of Adventure - This park is absolutely incredible! You get full access to the events (and are most certainly not restricted to three) and can spend the whole day at the park with the opportunity to leave early if desired. So fun!

Wonderful excursion - Great experience!! Loved this park! So much to see and do. Highly recommend!!! Zipl-lining was great. They close the zip-lining 12-2 so go early. Don’t skip the water cave, very cool.

As my son said, it was... - As my son said, it was the first time he ever jumped into a cenote, swam in a cave, did a zipline, dropped from a zipline into a pool or did a rope circuit. He loved it! I loved it too.

Lots to do and see, we’ll be back! - Great day at the park! Lots to do with the basic package, we did not upgrade for the catamaran or buggies. Highly recommend bringing your own small lock, water shoes, swimsuit with easy dry clothing over as you’ll be wet off and on all day. Towels weren’t necessary, but nice to have one amongst our family. Do the ropes course and Superman early in the day due to heat and lines. Plan for a lot of walking, but easy and makes the park not feel overcrowded. Our favorite sites were Hoya Azul and Cave swimming!

Fun outdoor day event away from the beach - Great park for families and young crowds, not many things for really small kids other than the zoo and some pool, a lot of walking on rocky/uneven surfaces so bad for wheel chairs, strollers, elderly. Beach shoes (thick soles) ok, better with hiking/water shoes or tennis shoes. no towels needed, you will air dry most of the time, they offer lockers $5 , changing rooms. photos are expensive for my taste, videos even more. Food was good specially local cuisine, burgers were mediocre. $5 dollar for ice pop going to the blue cave fraud! . Zip line and superman zip line(must make reservations early, max 250lbs) were the best, not too crowded at the swimming caves, bat cave was nice to experience. All day long event, 20,000 steps if you visit most attractions. Bring your own waterproof camera or water proof bag for your phone and neck strap. arrive by 9am to enjoy the whole park. half day not worth the money.

Would go back again - Extremely fun & lots to do. Only issues: sunscreen is WAY over priced make sure you don’t run out (luckily we didn’t), the tipping for basically everything someone does (ex: handing you a helmet) & website didn’t say zip line weights so our 4’4” child was too light.

Beautiful park with some downsides. - The park itself has lots of different experiences, is well maintained, but comes at a cost. No food is allowed and there are weight minimums (100 pounds) and restrictions on the zip lines. Big negative for the constant requests for tips, including to allow one of my kids who was at 75 pounds to do the zip lines.

Lots of fun with some things to know. - The place itself is amazing. I highly recommend skipping bringing a towel for everyone. We were dry by the time we were ready to take the shuttle back to the hotel. It was a waste of locker space. We were totally fine with crocs as footwear the entire day. We had a teenager and a 10 year old with. We did pay $10 USD for 2 locks but you could bring your own. We used our Go-Pro for everything, including the Superman. We had no issues with it. There is so much to do here spending the entire day is easy. Food was decent. Burger/fries, chicken sandwich/fries, Coke and a Gatorade ran about $30 USD. There are some things to point out. If your child is under 100 lbs, they “can’t go” on the Superman zip line. But if you “take care/bribe” the gentleman harassing for tips - he will bypass all their posted Superman safety precautions and allow your child to go (we passed). We were told that 100 lb limit was only for Superman zip line and not the others. After Superman (where my youngest sat out) we went to go on the regular zip lines, the same gentleman harassing for tips didn’t want to let my youngest on the regular zip lines. We saw several other children around the same stature going on the regular zip lines. I found this very unprofessional by the gentleman who appeared to be the person in charge of the zip lines. We were asked at almost every station for a tip. You need a life jacket, give me a tip. Did you like swimming in the cave, give me a tip. Be mindful when you leave. We were told to get on bus A, our name wasn’t on their list but told to get on anyway. We were on the wrong bus and then told to get on another bus. Others on that final bus had the same issues. All in all the place is super fun, but want others to know about our experience.

Not worth the money - If you want to do everything they have to offer it can add up real quick, the buggies were a BIG waste of money, highly highly recommend you don’t fall for the trap, it’s a 10 minute drive to a dead end and then 25 minutes of picture taking and a 10 minute ride back, was not even worth it and then the pictures they take are pricey but the kicker is that, those pictures are a separate fee from the pictures in the rest of the park, which is a scam Also they tell you keep 1 car distance between you and the person in front of you but then they yell at you saying you’re going to fast…….. doesn’t make sense, everywhere you go in this park they ask for tips, if you tipped every single person things add up quick and they try to make you feel bad, they should have ONE tip area that EVERYONE splits at the end, I am a big tipping kind of person but this was just outrageous and awkward, food was not that good and a little pricey for what you get All in all I would never do this again as it’s a money grab and the most expensive excursion by a long shot (even comparing to other country’s)
