Algenys is a rockstar! - It was an amazing time! Would like to thank our trip advisor Algenys. He really helped us make this the trip of a life time! From coco bongo to soana island he made sure we were well taken care of. Went as far as to make sure the proposal our friend had planned went smoothly on his day off. ❤️

Great service from Nexus tours and an enjoyable day at the Scape park - First, Janelin, our Nexus tour advisor, was absolutely wonderful! She provided us so much helpful information to decide which door we wanted to take. I appreciate that she did not pressure us into anything but simply provided valuable information. She was a joy to work with. The Scape Park was very entertaining. We specially appreciated the zip lines, both through the woods and the zipline over the pool. There is a nice restaurant on the property also. The visit to the Cenote pool was beautiful and very refreshing. Overall, this was a great day long adventure. We ended up taking a cab back to our Resort since the tour bus was not going to leave till 4:30 and we were ready to go back about 2:30. The park provides a full day of Adventure but we were just ready to leave a little sooner. Also, there is a great coffee shop at the park with a very friendly staff. I recommend stopping by there for a cappuccino.

Must Go! - Scape Park - Of all the excursions in Punta Cana, this one was the BEST! Absolutely worth the money (make sure to book with your airline rep - Janelin from Sunwing did an excellent job helping us. It’s lots of walking but we didn’t mind it. There’s zip lining (7 lines), a beautiful cenote, cave swimming, cave exploring, animals, waterfalls, and more!

Great day with disappointments and pain! - Hi. I just got back from this excursion and had a great day but have some concerns. First we had 3 adults and 4 children ..not once we're we told about weight restrictions for the zipline. To have to be publicly weighed and told youre too big is embarrassing. Secondly the veryyy uneven pathways to get to the various things to see and do were very hard to walk on with bad knees or for the elderly. We also saw many people carrying strollers and babies up and down the multiple steep hills and staircases. If we had known how extensive this park was we wouldn't have booked it with our family I myself was in alot of pain the ext day. Make sure you are aware of the weight restrictions and that you're in good walking shape then have a wonderful day.

ZipLine - Our particular experience with the long zip line was truly terrible... the route was fine until we thought it was exaggerated to wait two hours stranded upstairs at the last station and the park's lack of consideration for not having water stations, when there were many children and adults doing the activity. Very hot and waiting

Fun but not amazing - Although the reviews are helpful, it’s hard to figure out what this place is like before arriving. It’s has a theme park feel versed tropical adventure. There really isn’t swimming or beaches. You just get wet a lot. The underground cave includes a long forestry path through some cultural history scenes, a walk down several sets of stairs to a small enclosed cavern with a rocky bottom. It’s small with clear waters but not magical and it takes a long time to get there. The zipline was fun. 5 lines with water features, the last one you land in 3 feet of water. Of all the shoes our group had, the water shoes that looked like gym shoes was the winner. You can also wear flip flops if you don’t mind a lot of walking in them. There are a couple other water rides, they are fine but not noteworthy. We did the catamaran cruise which was well executed and fun. When arrive, you can purchase a small lock and use their lockers. Bring a water proof camera case to hold key, credit card and phone. That was helpful. Food was sub par. Best we saw was the Cesar salad and the local dish of the day. Chicken quesadilla was terrible. Shorts and a tank work (with a suit underneath) but know the zipline harness is tight and short shorts are not recommended. Overall, it pretty fun, but not wow or beautiful or magical like some of the descriptions might indicate.

Probably best for teens. - Although the zip line is reasonably fun, there isn't anything there that you can't also do in the United States. The Scape Park is probably best suited for if you need to keep teens entertained for a day.
