Setting Sail on a Dream

The sun was just beginning to cast its golden glow over the horizon as my husband and I boarded the private catamaran for our much-anticipated cruise along the Punta Cana coastline. After our snorkeling adventure, we continued our journey to a natural swimming pool where the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean meet. The crew surprised us with a special treat—a birthday cake for one of our fellow passengers. As we sang an off-key rendition of “Happy Birthday,” I was reminded of the joy that comes from shared experiences and the connections we form with others, even in the most unexpected places.
