They cancelled but I got a refund. - Due to low wind, they had to cancel but I got a refund. It stated that no refund in cancelled within 24 hours but there is a drop down menu that you select you were asked to cancel by the tour operator and even though it initially indicated $0 refund, I still got a full refund within a few days. I did see some boats parasailing that morning but they were not getting high up due to low wind.

A wonderful time - It was an incredible experience to try for the first time. Very safe and comfortable. We might even go again before we leave.

Awesome!!!!!!! - The host we're very friendly. The adrenaline rush was awesome. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Parasailing - Great trip. Just as advertised. Really good drivers for transport from hotel. Fun time and felt safe

Snorketing/Parasailing - Great experience, professional staff, smooth experience, very fun. Snorkeling included was also smooth. Party boat included was also very fun experience.

Punts Cana Cruise - We had a great time. They had music and drinks. Will definitely do it again! They had nachos. Good !

Fun Experience, Misleading Advertisement - This was a fun first-time experience with my cousin. I would’ve provided 5 stars, but the overall description of the excursion is slightly misleading. There was no “welcome drink” or even water offered to the group, and the boat is not a “yacht” we were expecting upon arrival. Friendly staff, however.

Great - First time and it was a breeze! We had to reschedule for the next day due to us getting badly sick and they were very accommodating. Thank you! They quickly get you to and from the boat you’ll be parasailing from. A little too quick actually. Thought we’d be able to get some local food before heading out but they actually brought us to the hotel from the boat. But all in all, great experience!The employees were helpful and kind. I would pass on the pics tho.

Missed out - We didn't get to do the parasailing as we were contacted the morning of and told the boat broke down. They offered to rescheduled for the next day but we already had another excursion planned. A full refund was issued.

Scam don’t book! They... - Scam don’t book! They never showed up to pick us up. We need a refund asap! I had to rebook with another company.
