Awesome service - I just booked it the last minute, I was never excepting someone waiting for me, but surprised to see that someone was waiting for me. I ride to my hotel was quick, maybe wait time was less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Reliable service, great price - We booked a return trip from airport to resort with no issues in either direction. Friendly drivers. Really appreciated the text messages the day before with clear instructions and confirming our pick ups. They accommodated 2 extra passengers with minimal notice with no problem. The only issue was that the payment wasn't automatically charged to our credit card a few days before the trip, as stated that it would be at the time of the booking and again a few days before the trip - this made us anxious that we hadn't properly secured the booking. But we just logged into Viator on the day of the trip to pay manually.

Great!! - They are great. Always dependable. Don’t mind paying a little extra for the private shuttle instead of the free and annoying hotel shuttle with 100 other people.

Great Service - Really good service. My flight was delayed on my way into Punta Cana by about 2 hours and they waited and were right outside the airport when I arrived. On my departure day they were right on time! I would recommend this service and I’d use it again for another trip to DR.

Ride - confusing as to where to meet driver at the airport. It said our driver would be holding up a sign. We had to scan lots and lots of small signs that were with a wall of people offering rides. I finally found my name. Very small font.. then, it took 10 to 15 minutes to arrive. The Ride itself was fine, our driver was pleasant.

You get what you pay for :( - We were told when we arrived at the airport to transfer to our resort that our driver would be there with our last name on a sign. There was nobody there. We had to spend 25 minutes looking and finally found a guy which I happened to see the logo on his shirt and I asked him and he finally found me in his computer then called someone to come get us. We arranged for travel from our hotel back to the airport when we were to depart and they were 45 minutes late picking us up at our hotel.

No one at airport to... - No one at airport to greet me. Your website said someone would meet me with my name on a sign. There was nobody. It was very intimidating being a foreign country and nobody to meet me.
