Great Day on the Water! - We booked a private catamaran tour with Blue Marine and had a wonderful time. Our group was 22 people, and we got a great value for our experience. Transportation to and from our resort was included. The boat tour itself was a blast! We spent about 30 minutes snorkeling - the staff made sure to feed the fish so we got a great view of everything. The boat was plenty big enough for our group and the staff was very nice and energetic. The drinks - most notably rum punch - was delicious and got the party going. We also brought our own champagne on the boat and the staff kept it on ice for us. The snacks - fruit and chips/salsa - left something to be desired, so I'd recommend bringing your own snacks aboard if you're not paying for a full lunch with the trip. The best part of the cruise was our stop at the natural pool. We anchored in beautiful waist-height waters along with some other boats to hang in the ocean, drink and dance. The only downside was that the photos/video taken on board were an additional price (overpriced imo) and they were a bit pushy with trying to get a couple of our guests to purchase them. Overall though, we had a great time with the staff on board and I would definitely recommend Blue Marine as a great option for this type of excursion in Punta Cana.

Fun birthday trip - Took so many pictures the photographer was funny. The vibes was there and Danny boy blah blah was very fun. The food was great on the boat as well.

Highly recommend! - We booked this excursion at our hotel, a van picked us up and took us to the boat, we felt very safe and had a lot of fun. The island was beautiful, staff were fun and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful afternoon cruise for our family! - Danilo and crew were excellent. Safe, fun and fabulous. We left a little later than expected but got gorgeous sunset pictures. Crew had us dancing and we did all that was promised. One piece of advice is to let the customers settle in for 30 minutes before the photographer starts taking pictures. And the snorkelling is short, which was ok with us but if people want a longer experience this is not it. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Booze cruise without the booze - The boat was ok . It felt like we didn’t actually travel very far . The crew were lovely. But biggest issue was they forgot the booze !!! It was sold as unlimited bar . But it was very limited !!! We waited 2 hours for our first drink . I have since went on another boat trip which was much much better in every way .

Presented as Something It’s NOT. - Contacted Blue Marine to treat our bridal party & their spouses to a fun and private party boat. We had a total of 25 people. Pickup was outside of our resort, which is pretty typical if the company isn’t contracted through the resort. When we arrived at the marina we waited for about 10 minutes before we went in and signed paperwork. Once paperwork was done, our group was walked through the shops & pestered by shop owners on the way to the beach. Once we arrived at the beach, we sat and waited for an hour to board - even though we were on time & on a schedule. During this time, the boat we were being put on ran into a group of people who were being transported out to their boat & also lost the capability to reverse. This lead to the boat being towed out of the shallows, us being loaded onto a dingy boat and being transported to our boat. Once on the boat & moving, my husband and I were hopeful that things would get better, even though we were already frustrated. We were WRONG. •The slide was broken so they had to spray it down with soap or some sort of cleaning solution for us to go down. •The MC was creeeepy. He kept insisting that people on the boat kiss each other, even after they said no. The music he played was okay, but he kept losing connection to the speakers and then would take a long time to connect it and get music going again. •The boat railings were rusty & wobbly and we had a friend get cut on his foot from the nail sticking out. •There was an issue with the engine & they decided to fix it while we were swimming in the ocean. The engine was spraying gas everywhere. • We were served fruit and chips and salsa as snacks- no problem with this, but it was pretty limited for 25 people. The beer and mixed drinks were disappointing & we couldn’t even start drinking until halfway through our trip. • We were late getting back to shore, even after we told them that we needed to be back to shore by a certain time in order to get to our dinner reservations, resulting in us missing the reservation completely. When my husband and I went to the office after to request a partial refund, specifically because we lost and hour due to waiting & we felt the boat was not up to what they presented, they told us that they didn’t have the money. We had paid over $1200 for the excursion, with about half of it being the day of and the other being deposited when we booked. When we pushed for who we should contact about a refund, they told us the person we booked it through- which was THEM! The most disappointing part is when we were asking for a bit of a refund ($200-$300 USD) they told us that if the money was there, they would give it to us, because the money we brought to them wasn’t a lot. I understand they have multiple boats and probably make a significant profit, but don’t insult the money your client brings to you. $1200+ dollars is a significant amount of money to most people. Overall a major disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Awful experience. Nothing like the ads, photos or what we were told by their representatives. - Watery drinks, NO snorkeling, NO beach time, mediocre food served on paper plates. The boat took us out about 1/4 mile to the right and set anchor in waist-high water... nowhere near the beautiful, white sand beach.

the FIRST and ONLY Party Boat that I've been on that was actually TERRIBLE! - the FIRST and ONLY Party Boat that I've been on that was actually TERRIBLE! The snorkel sight that they took us to was soo close to the shore that I could have swam back to shore! There were no fish to see. They only offered watered-down, pre-mixed drinks and/or local beer. The only food that they provided was a small container with taco sauce and nachos, and a small cookie. We went to a second place, but the boat got sand-logged and the workers had to push to boat out of the sand. My husband and I were charged $80 per person and it was a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
