Punta cana parasailing - This little 10-minute adventure was amazing. The views were spectacular. The staff was very kind and professional. I would definitely do it again next time I am in punta cana.

Incredible parasailing in punta cana the best - My children loved this tour, we flew for 10 minutes and they were excellent, your staff is very professional, attentive and polite, it is really worth it, we were satisfied with this tour, I recommend it to the maximum.

Nice, Fun Excursion - This was a very fun excursion. It did not last very long, but the experience was great. The driver came to pick us up with no problem. Then we rode on a speedboat that took us to the boat we were parasailing on. The workers were a little snappy when directing you on what and where to go. After the parasailing, we drove around on the water for a while then they took us back to the shore. You were not able to walk along the beach once you got done, however, our driver did let us grab some lunch at a nearby restaurant before taking us back to the room. Overall, it was a good experience

Scammers!!!!! - They NEVER answered my calls, texts, or emails regarding my trip. FRAUDULENT AND DONT BOOK!!! I requested a reschedule or refund and they NEVER RESPONDED!!!! FIND A Responsible, Reliable, and REPUTABLE TOUR COMPANY!

Fraudulent business - don't book - I should have read the reviews before booking this. DO NOT BOOK this tour. This is a fraudulent business. The tour indicates that hotel pick-up is included, and our hotel was listed as a participating, valid location. On the tour day, the operator sent a message with a location over 30 minutes away and told us that they "retired our location." They also told us it was highly unlikely that the tour would take place due to winds. They said they would let us know at around 1 p.m. about it. Just before 1:30, when we hadn't heard, I sent multiple messages inquiring about its status, all to no avail. They were clearly trying to manipulate us so that they could keep the payment for the tour. Other reviewers on this site have said the same thing, but I stupidly failed to read the reviews before I booked this!

Non-existent - Communication with this tour guide was non existent, I called multiple times to confirm our tour and no response. We ended up not doing it as they said they couldn’t

Para Sailing From the Dreams resort - We scheduled the para sailing, they charged my credit card, and sent me an email saying no transportation available from our hotel in Cap Cana. I tried to get a taxi but they never gave me the address so I could not tell the driver where to go.

Worst Experience Ever - I would give this a zero but that wasnt available. The tour company never showed up at the hotel to pick us up. When we (me and viator) tried to reach out, they were unresponsive.

Bad experience - The driver was very unprofessional…. He did not pay attention to us and dropped us in the water for over several minutes. There was no run down on how this process would happen and it was a mess. Will Never go or recommend again !
