Ocean spa - The experience was great, and more than I expected. Pedro went out of his way to get to know everyone, and was very friendly. The massages, scrubs, ocean float were awesome. Then to go to the restaurant in the ocean where the food was very tasty, and they had penned dolphins. Cannot say more about a wonderful experience, and thanks to Domingo at Amstar for recommending and making it happen

Entire hike and water immersion were... - <p>Entire hike and water immersion were great. Guide were very safety conscious and attentive. Group we were with was small enough 16 to make it enjoyable. Some of the other groups were HUGE 50! This tour group is best if you go.</p>

This tour was absolutely amazing. The... - <p>This tour was absolutely amazing. The ride from the hotel to the falls was very scenic and the tour guide was very informative. The falls themselves were absolutely stunning. There is a long walk before you get to the falls, so make sure you understand that you will be active. Some people were complaining about the walk but if you are in moderate shape, it shouldn't be a problem. Lunch was also very delicious.</p>

We only did the 12 falls but it was a... - <p>We only did the 12 falls but it was a blast!! They had a photographer come with us so we didnt even need to bring our own camera, he got pictures of us on every fall and throughout the tour. It did cost 35 USD to buy a usb with the pictures and videos afterwards but it was worth it because he got pictures and videos of the ENTIRE TRIP. I'd definitely recommend this!! Yunior and Ari were our guides and they made every part enjoyable.</p>

Nice day in the mountains. Do not wear... - <p>Nice day in the mountains. Do not wear sandals, rent the shoes, well worth it. If you wear sneakers, they will get soaked the first 10 minutes of the hike you will ford a shallow river, rent the shoes. The hike up the mountain is a little more difficult than the brochure states. You need to be in moderate/decent shape for the hike up. Jumping and sliding down the falls was a blast. The crew was excellent, hats off to them for assisting up and down the mountain. Their will be no doubt you went on an adventure. We stopped at a outpost that made sandstone figurines, and had a cocoa and coffee demonstration, very interesting. The cocoa sample was delicious. And then to a cigar making business. Interesting demonstration, very cool. The meal at the end of the excursion was good, and the bottle of rum in the middle of the table was better than Motrin.</p>

Great day out! Make sure you are... - <p>Great day out! Make sure you are prepared.... some people arrived for the trip in jeans and smart shirts. You need practical shoes, waterproof and active clothes. <br/> The description does not tell you as part of the day you jump a narrow 32ft drop into water, there is the option to walk down a lot of steps as well but be prepared to be taken out of your comfort zone. <br/> Take a bottle of water, its a steep hot walk up to the first water fall.</p>

Great Stuff Poor Facility! - The staff is awesome as well as Pedro. But for god sakes spend some money on the boat. One motor still on the boat is torn apart. One 200 hp boat for a huge boat. Needs new floats they are in disrepair. The boat has zero spa feel. If it wasn’t for the staff, this would have been a zero. Better off to stay at our resort. You have great people. Give them a great facility to work with.

Great if you want to jump and slide... - <p>Great if you want to jump and slide. Would have been better if you had two tour guides so if you want to go to the top you can. Not good if you don't want to jump or slide. Led to small area to swim instead. Bonus, you get to see townships along the way.</p>
