Wonderful Experience - Most memorable part of this experience was how fun Coco Bongo was. We went on a Friday night and it was a lot of people there but my overall experience was great. Coco Bongo is definitely a must do experience it’s so much to see while you are enjoying the music and the people. Our driver to Coco Bongo was great he made sure we made it there and made it back to our resort safely. Five Star experience

Never disappoints! - This is the third Cocobongo I’ve been to and it was incredible. Everyone I recommend it to loves it and has a great time. It’s basically dancing and wild performances. Lots of audience participation too. You really have to experience it for yourself. It’s also very safe, clean and professional. Definitely get the gold package if you want to sit, but I have more fun dancing. It’s easy to get drinks either way.

Ridiculosly Outrageous good time.! - We were gold member front row vip, no line to wait. Doors open at 8 and show started at 845 and didnt stop until 1am. Only checked ID of purchaser when we got wristbands. They definitely value there vip quests and worth the $. The dancers did 8 performances that were separated by periods of dance music. Music was american and Spanish rap, techo, rock, pop music from 1970-present. Never a dull moment and the staff and dj are constantly charging up the crowd. The upper vip was comprised of people with money that were dull, so we decided to go to non vip area, which is the dance floor. The crowd down at the dance floor was a non stop dance party. Because we were vip they sent a staff with us to get us drinks and made room for us at table next to stage. Female's that Dress to impress will get spot lighted in crowd and get invite to the main stage. I expected alot and they delivered and then some. 6 out 5. Ridiculously outrageous good time!

Amazing night. - I am so impressed with the service last night. We opted for the gold member package in order to have a seat, and we were glad we did as I think it would be quite tiring to be on your feet constantly. With this package, we were picked up from our hotel - on the bus essential information given re where to exchange mobile tickets and where we would be picked up later and at what time. We then skipped the line to exchange our tickets, then were escorted to our seats and then served unlimited drinks of our choosing, regularly all night. My partner when he wanted to smoke was escorted by security and waited on and walked back to his seat. The shows were amazing and a lot of fun and run almost the entire duration of visit. The atmosphere was fantastic throughout. We saw a situation arising with a customer group only because there were a lot of security waiting on standby to ensure nothing escalated. Nothing untoward happened, the small group left peacefully however the whole situation in my opinion was dealt with fantastically. Everyone working here from the drink servers (probably the bar too but I didn't personally visit it!), security, toilet attendant, to the exceptional dancers and acrobats - are amazing at their jobs and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of customers. Thoroughly impressed and feel the money we spent was well worth it.

Communication - The particular driver we had was very unprofessional. Pick up time was 710pm with a five mins grace period. We got there by 712pm and driver had already left. Resort said he would be back. Upon return Driver was yelling at us and would not let us talk. Also sent a picture showing he was gone when we got in the lobby. Besides that the experience was good at coco bongo.
