Great Staff, Great Experience - We booked this excursion because it looked like it would be a lot o fun for the family, and we were right. We had a blast driving around in the buggies and swimming in the cenote. The buggy guide "Coca-Cola" was amazing. He did a great job making sure everyone knew the rules but also making sure we were all having a great time on the trail. Big Big Willy did a nice job of balancing history and humor at one of the stops at the gift shop. Also, Leonardo was very helpful during both the check in process as well as while we were waiting for our transfer back to the resort. Overall this was a great time and we'll definitely do this again

Fun Buggies Need More Maintenance - The waterfall pool was refreshing. The cenote was kind of neat, even though we learned it was man made. The buggy portion of our day was a bit disappointing. The buggy I drove had poor brakes, sloppy steering and nearly bald tires. I saw another buggy that had a missing brake fluid cap and multiple buggies missing dust boots for the drives axle joints. Hence, I was concerned about safety and the document that said I was responsible for any repairs. I can’t share any pictures since phones and cameras are prohibited and they want you to buy their photos. Luckily, my buggy did not breakdown. The other downside of this activity was that there was a couple of slow drivers in our group, which caused the Tour Guide to frequently stop and wait for them to catch up. So, it seemed like we spent more time idling than driving. Nevertheless, the buggy ride was still enjoyable and I would go again.

Bad deal - If you like spending $145 american per person to sit around waiting and only drive the buggy for 9 miles, then set through a sales pitch, then this is for you. The equipment was junk. They also don't let you have your cell phone in the park, which they don't tell you until you get there. Then they make your rent a locker to put your stuff in. At the end, they try and sell the pictures they took of you for $100. Such a scam.
