Fun excursion - Staff was very helpful and friendly . Had a great time. Transportation was exactly arrive the time they say they would be there.

AMAZING Experience - This was an AMAZING experience! I booked this excursion for a group of 10 and we all had such a great time. The pickup van is a little sketchy as it was dark and didn't have windows, but if you can look past that, you're in for a fun day. We drove from the meeting point to a market place where they gave us delicious samples of coffee, hot chocolate, and mamajuana, then the cenote for a quick swim, and finally to Macao beach and back to the original point. We got VERY dirty but we loved it. Whole excursion lasted ~3.5 hours. Charlie was an awesome tour guide; he was fun(ny), knowledgeable, and let us do a lot of driving. Arisleidy was very good at communicating as well; she helped coordinate the pickup details and even had the driver deliver a phone we had forgotten in the van within 15 mins of finding it. To the team: thank you all so much for making our vacation so memorable! Would definitely recommend to friends/family and book again!

Presently surprised - Overall was great, Dune buggie died a few times then just switched us out to a new one. Everything was smooth sailing from the beach, to Cafe and coco tasting, and finished off with cave swimming.

It's not what was expected - The walk was very entertaining, but it's not realistic to go through the mud, etc. It is not extreme at all and the explanation they give when you visit the place where they make cigars and coffee, the man who dictated them did so by heart and at a speed that was impossible to understand.

Unprofessional and all about the $$ - Too many companies doing the same so your bumper to bumper and not really able to run the buggie. Majority are golf carts but not many atv. Definitely dusty and the staff is so rude only consisting of men. They don’t reply to messages here directly and take forever so contact them through whatsap. Can’t get in the beach because of tide and always rushing you after trying to sell you things. Cave swim , too many people so you can’t get in and the line is super long and only 10 min there. No food no dances no meals or places to buy food. Not very well organized as you can’t individually follow a trail because of so many people. This would be with many companies. buggie broke down and had to wait for staff so these are not ran very well and saw many more broken down. Overall you at least get a tour of the area but kids always coming begging for money and water making this not enjoyable.

You can book, but have low expectations or you’ll be truly disappointed. - Booked because of the rating and destinations included but ended up being angry cause in the website it said “Bavaro Beach” but there was no tour to that place at all. Not to mention the terrible conditions and mechanics of the buggy assigned to us. The experience itself was fun enough to not give 0 stars. It’s sad to say, but expect to be disappointed in some way and book only if you’re fine with all the above.

Terrible Company - Stay away!! Do not use this company. There are many others that you can use. They picked me up outside my resort and I was told by the company that their truck was too big, yet I saw many other vehicles the same size who picked up passengers at the resort. We finally arrived and the buggies we used should have been junked years ago. I had to get jump started every time I had to turn of tue buggy. The steering wheel shifted in and out. We requested a different buggy, but was told the others were more money, yet other people n our group were given them. The worst part was trying to get back to the resort. The driver didn’t know where we were going, so he drove around dropping other people off after passing our resort. So we of course had to go back. A 20 minute trip to need up taking an hour. I originally requested a refund when they texted me the night before to tell me that I had to wait outside the resort. I called the Viator support number and after 45 minutes, was basically told I had to provide proof that the company told me that I had to wait for them outside the resort. They of course refused to refund my money! I was celebrating my birthday and this experience almost ruined it for me. I will never use this app again. I will book at the resort from now on.
