Awsome atv experience - The cave was awesome swim driver forgot us on the bus so we had a little tour from the city drop us back at hotel we where happy of mistake so we gave the driver a tip

Trip of a lifetime - Guides were excellent, great way to experience Punta Cana, we had no problems with the ATVs my wife and my daughter were both able to experience and ride their own ATVs.

Not bad - If you have a teenager they will not let them ride by themselves they have to be 18. Which is not stated when booking. You do mot have to have a license to drive atv. They had children helping them but my 16 year old daughter couldn’t drive. Which she has the same ones on her own. The staff made the first half very difficult. I think they should give you more tome at the beach and not at the other stops.

the excursion was good... - the excursion was good however, We paid upfront to get pictures and videos during our tour sent to us but we never received them till now

Good when you get there! - Good day on the buggies when you get there, 2 hrs there and back on most uncomfortable safari bus ever. Plastic coated seating in 30 degrees. Seats too high and you couldn’t fit your backside on them …..for two hours! Too many pick ups and they dropped off extra people on the way back at different hotels. The cave is not what it looks like on the photos provided. It’s a dark cave with a lot of wooden stairs down. And slippy. It ain’t blue water and chaos getting in and out. Really crowded. The Dominican Culture part is a building with a store selling its products and there’s a couple of these on the tour. If you want to transport customers for hours before you get to the tour get some decent seating. Staff were good. Overall the activity was good but 4 hours of the day spent on travel time. Not good. I left from Punta Cana. Left at 1030am dropped off 545pm. Was going to go on tour to Higuey but not on that bus. Not for me. Sorry for the negative slant on this, just want to let customers know what to expect.

Tour not as Advertised. - The tour was advertised as private but it's not. You can't book private tour online is what I was told by the Macao Offroad experience tours. We had 8 in our group and was charged an additional $42.50 per person for a private tour with our group. We booked the ATV's and they are in subpar condition. 3 people in my group had problems mechanical issues with the ATV and had to be switched out. One of those 3 had gas leaking out of it getting one of my friends wet with gasoline and the brakes went out on that machine as well. The tour guide ATV broke down during the tour and he tried to pull it along with another ATV but that didnt work and had to leave the ATV . I felt like this was a bate and switch tactic used because we didn't get what was advertised and made to pay additional for what we thought we were getting. We paid a total of $844 for 8 people for a private tour and 4 of the ATV's used during the trip either broke down or was in poor running condition. Not what I expected for the money and what I read on reviews for this excursion with this come Macao Offroad Experience. If u want a private tour make sure you discuss that upfront and make sure ur booking receipt has private tour listed on it because if you don't you won't get it without additional cost. The regular tour you pay for will involve you going to all the stops with MANY people so your ATV's or Buggy experience will be moving pretty slow. So if you want to drive fast and spirited the regular tour is not for you.
