Excellent fully recommended! - Excellent private service! Car was extra clean, they always arrange in time and you could order beers and champagne to have in the car ready!

Scallywags vacation 2023 - This transfer was very affordable. compared to other transfers Otherwise we would not have been able to do it. excellent service Carlos from silky stands was fantastic at organizing this the only downfall I wish the drivers that were sent would have spoken English that way they could have answered questions.

Great way to get to and from your resort. - This service worked very well for us. They were ready at the airport when we arrived and had a smooth ride to our resort. On the return trip, we received an email asking for time of pickup and they were right on time. Great drivers and nice vehicles. Thanks.

Got the Job Done - Got us to and from our destination in a timely manner. Was a few moments late with pick up but still arrived at airport within enough time.

Late - Shuttle picking us up from the airport was an hour if not a little over an hour late. Was told he took another ride and I didn’t understand why when he was booked and already paid to be there a set time for our ride. Ours should’ve been priority.

Travels - Bi lingual drivers would be a plus so that ride is not quite. Didn't receive water bottle like in description

Thirsty - Good The driver was very friendly and spoke some English. Took us there and back without a problem. Bad Upon arrival we were very thirsty and they didn't have the waters that came with the reservation. I was never sent any information about my pick up return time,I had to message them the night before and I was told and showed an email they sent but they sent it to Viator instead of me.

Avoid this transportation service - I booked this transport service for round trip private transportation to and from the airport and hotel for my vacation. When I arrived, the driver was not there. Someone met me on foot and we waited on the car. The person Jay must have been a sales rep. I asked Jay about how do I schedule my pick up and he told me to message him in WhatsApp the night before. The shuttle arrived. The driver was very polite. Before I left, Jay (who did not ride with us) also let me know to message him in WhatsApp if we wanted to do excursions. I told him I would and hopped in the shuttle. The driver was friendly and got me their safely. HE is the only reason why the rating isn't 1 star. Day 2 of a 5 day trip, Jay reached out to see if we wanted any excursions. I told him we wanted to just relax. He said, "Ok". On day 4 I looked for a confirmation email on pick up time...NONE. I waited for the advertised courtesy call I was supposed to get the night before...NONE. I messaged Jay who brushed me off (I assume due to me not getting an excursion). So, I called the company directly to ask about when I would be picked up and I was hung up on. I finally called Viator and was able to get a refund. Bottomline: If you don't want to introduce stress on your vacation, do not go with this company. Things happen, but a company that cares about its customers would take extra effort to follow through on their service.
