Great Service - We had an excellent experience hiring the Aubain team. We were met at the airport promptly and transported to our hotel smoothly. During the ride, my son lost his earbuds. I reached out to the team which found them and returned them to us upon our transport back to the airport foe our departure. Honest, reliable, great communication. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again for the great service

Quick reliable transportation in DR - Awesome transportation service. He always stood in contact and was easy to get a hold of either through the trip advisor messaging system or the cell phone number he provides so it’s easy to just text or call him. He was always on time and very polite. Thanks again!

Great job on last minute pick-up! - Christopher did a great job getting us to our hotel. We got moved to a different flight and arrived about 3 hours early. Christopher dropped everything and came and got us within 30 minutes. We took the "free" shuttle from Riu for our trip back and regretted it. Waited around at every Riu hotel and eventually got dropped off at the wrong concourse. We will be traveling with Christopher BOTH ways next February when we return!

Anniversary trip - The driver was professional and prompt. All we had to do was text the driver on WhatsApp and he came right away. Friendly driver and great conversation. We were so satisfied, we booked him for the ride back to the airport. Definitely will book them again next time I come.

Christopher— best driver around! - Christopher was amazing! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and Chris made the trip great to begin with! He drove us to our resort telling us about the city and even pulled into downtown punta cana to show us some local spots! He was communicative even when we had difficulty finding each other at the airport. We randomly called him for a transport elsewhere and he was available and so cheerful! We will ALWAYS use Christopher when we travel to Punta Cana!!

Did not Pick me up - Schedule to be picked up from my hotel to be transferred to the airport, and no one came. I had to order a taxi, so I wasted money using this company.

Find a More Reliable Transportation Service - This has got to be one of the most unorganized shuttle services from the airport to the hotel resorts in Cap Cana. Today 04/26/25 was told I’d be picked up at 1100 but driver didn’t show up until 11:29. No call to say I’m running late, sorry for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend this company because they are totally unprofessional and drive and in dated vehicles.
