Highly professional tour company and experience - Thoroughly enjoyed this tour thanks to our guide Matija! A shout out to Free Spirit Tours for their excellent customer service. Our Viator reservation was not received by Free Spirit's reservation system so the guide did not come. However, I texted Free Spirit Tours using the Viator booking confirmation link and Jura from Free Spirit responded quickly and offered to reschedule our tour later that day, the tour was now free-of-charge and our original fee was refunded the next day. This prompt, hassle-free customer service was greatly appreciated!

Very interesting tour of Pula's landmarks! - This was a very informative tour. Not only did we get to learn about the historical landmarks of Pula but the political history of Croatia. Great tour guide who used maps and pictures too! Would highly recommend and is very good value for money!

Pula, great tour - Matija was a great guide. Beautiful city.
Lots about Croatian history, foods, culture etc. Arena is amazing. So glad it is actually used for events.

Beautiful city walk through Pula with an experienced guide - What an extremely friendly guide! She spoke clear English. The walk was just long enough and careful consideration was given to finding shaded areas when explanations were given. Our guide spoke in a fascinating way and the content of her information was also very appealing to our teenage children. Nice stop at a delicacy where we drank a liqueur. The Arena is spectacular to see.

Trough Pula - It was really informative and the tour guide, Martina was very nice. She made me feel luke we were just talking next to a cup of coffee instead of just dry informations of the town.
